In one of Nice’s most sought-after neighborhoods, ideally located near Old Nice, Place Garibaldi/Rue Bonaparte, and the Port, we offer a 77-square-meter, air-conditioned apartment with 3 bedrooms and balconies for your stay. Accommodates up to 6 people.

It is bright and airy, with windows on both sides, located on the 3rd floor without an elevator (the stairs are easy to climb), and offers a view of the “Fort St. Alban” hill from the courtyard side—a quiet, unobstructed view—and a view of Rue Boyer and Rue Bonaparte from the other side.

There are many shops near the apartment for your shopping needs, and just a stone’s throw from the lively Rue Bonaparte neighborhood—with direct access to Tram Lines 1 and 2 heading to the airport or train station—you’ll enjoy the Nice way of life.

It features a living room facing the courtyard with a balcony. The spacious kitchen opens onto the living room and is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine for your convenience.

The three bedrooms facing the street are separate from the living room, and one of them has a balcony. Two are furnished with a large double bed (140x190), and one with two 90x190 beds. The bathroom features a whirlpool tub, a vanity unit, and storage space. The toilets are separate.
For added comfort, all the apartment’s windows are fitted with soundproof and thermally insulated double-pane glass, along with “Provençal-style” shutters and double curtains, which help keep the apartment cool in the summer! All rooms in the apartment are air-conditioned, and in winter, the apartment is heated by gas-fired central heating.
