2-Bedroom Villa in Nice

Beautiful villa in a completely peaceful setting, nestled in lush greenery on the hills of Nice, decorated in a jungle/bohemian style.

Ideally located 15 minutes from downtown, the beach, and the Promenade des Anglais.
You’re also just 25 minutes from Antibes, 35 minutes from Monaco, 40 minutes from Cannes, and 50 minutes from Italy.
The Accommodation
My fiancé and I bought this beautiful villa in 2021 and completely renovated it in a boho-chic, jungle-inspired style that reflects who we are.

It has 3 bedrooms, but we’re only making 2 available to guests; we use the third to store our personal belongings.
The bedrooms are relatively spacious, both equipped with air conditioning and a double bed (160). There’s also the option to add a sofa bed in one of the two bedrooms.

The bathroom features a beautiful walk-in shower, a bathtub, and a vanity with double sinks.
We do not provide towels, shower gel, or shampoo, but we may make an exception upon special request.
However, we do provide sheets and linens, of course.

The living room and kitchen are airy, bright, and open directly to the outdoors, particularly the pool.

The kitchen is fully equipped; we provide everything (plates, cutlery, glasses, serving dishes, etc.) for your use.

The pool and outdoor living area are magnificent, with a completely unobstructed view of the lush green hills.
Plus, the orientation is perfect: you’ll have sunshine all afternoon until sunset, which is truly fabulous.

The villa is in a quiet setting; you’ll hear only the sounds of cicadas, birds, and nature.
