Ideally located in a quiet area, close to the Carré d' Or, shops and transport, this apartment is perfect for exploring Nice and the Côte d'Azur.

This modern 19 m² apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator and comprises:
- a living room with a comfortable sofa bed,
- blackout curtains that filter light without creating total darkness.
- a well-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, freezer, hob),
- bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, Wi-Fi and TV.

→ The toilets are equipped with a grinder. We kindly ask you to ensure that only toilet paper is thrown in order to avoid any risk of obstruction or malfunction.

→ A management fee of €247 will be charged for rentals with an average duration. These fees include the inventory of fixtures upon entry and exit, as well as cleaning costs.
