La VILLA es muy espaciosa y está totalmente climatizada, ofreciendo un gran confort con una cuidada decoración. La cocina es moderna con todo el equipamiento necesario. La zona de noche es muy cómoda gracias a su alta calidad y su gran ropa de cama (180 x 200). La villa cuenta con 4 espacios independientes y comunicantes (ideales para varias familias) donde cada habitación tiene un baño o una ducha individual + wc y una pantalla LCD + DVD.
Un solarium con vistas a la piscina.
Una sala de billar está disponible con un rincón de televisión.
Una gran terraza con vistas a la piscina climatizada y segura para niños, ofrece un comedor y una zona de relajación.
Se proporciona un rincón para la barbacoa de gas Weber, yuxtaponiendo la terraza. Un cuarto de lavado con lavadora y secadora. Se proporciona una tabla de planchar con la plancha. Secador de pelo proporcionado.

La VILLA se encuentra en una tranquila zona residencial junto al mar entre Niza y Antibes, cerca del aeropuerto de Niza. Con una ubicación ideal porque puedes hacer todo a pie: a 800 metros a pie de la playa, el puerto, las tiendas, los restaurantes y el transporte.
El coche no es necesario para ir de compras a pie (hay un carrito disponible) y el transporte (tren y autobús) está cerca.
Gran variedad de restaurantes, tiendas locales de calidad, mercado local y supermercados.
Dos centros comerciales cerca de la villa en transporte: CAP 3000 en Saint Laurent du Var y Polygone Riviera en Cagnes sur Mer: centro comercial al aire libre con tiendas, restaurantes y cines.

The location was perfect. It was really easy to walk to the station for trains to Nice, Antibes, Cannes etc. We also walked to Cagnes-sur-Mer. The house is quiet and very well equipped. We used the pool every day.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist ideal – nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt, dennoch sehr ruhig und privat. Die Villa selbst ist modern, äußerst gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den wunderschönen beheizten Pool, der den Aufenthalt zu jeder Tageszeit zum Genuss gemacht hat.Die Klimatisierung in allen Räumen sorgt auch an heißen Tagen für absoluten Komfort. Alles war sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Der Außenbereich mit Terrasse und Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und ist gleichzeitig perfekt für gesellige Abende.Auch der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war ausgesprochen angenehm – freundlich, professionell und stets hilfsbereit.Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freuen uns schon jetzt darauf, wiederzukommen.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful villa! It’s a fantastic property, clean, and very spacious for our family of seven. The pool, garden & terraces are perfect for relaxing & enjoying a BBQ, and, inside, the 4 bedroom/bathroom areas are completely separate giving everyone their own space. The kitchen has all the utensils & crockery you would ever need, even a couple of champagne stoppers, to keep the fizz fresh! There are dining tables both inside and out, and a very comfortable lounge area. We enjoyed a few games of pool in the basement games room and made good use of the utility room. Jean-Luc met us on arrival and gave us a very comprehensive overview of where everything was, how things worked, etc. There is no need to have a car when renting this villa. A shopping trolley is provided for trips to the supermarket and fab boulangerie, a short walk away. The local train station is about 10 minutes walk, with trains every half hour in both directions along the coast. We bought a Lignes Azur train pass for the two weeks we were there which was great value for money. We managed trips to Ventimiglia in Italy and St Tropez in the opposite direction, and everywhere in-between, Eze, Nice, St Paul de Vence & Villefranche being favourites. What a beautiful part of the world the Côte d’Azur is. Restaurants are within walking distance, along the front in Cagne (20 mins walk), and at the Quai in St Laurent du Var (30 mins walk). Great communication with Jean Luc throughout.

The property was immaculate and clean. The living area including the kitchen was great and outside was perfect with the pool and sun lounge area, seating and dining outside. The upstairs room with its own balcony had spectacular views to the sea. Check in was easy and communication with the host was 10/10. The area is quiet if you like that but you can also walk easily to the sea front or the train station where you can go anywhere on the south coast. We went to Nice, Monaco and Antibes as well as the local promenade. I couldn’t recommend this house enough
Immaculate kitchen & indoor dining area. Air conditioning throughout the house kept it cool inside and comfortable to sleep at night.
Pool space in the evening. Enjoyed sitting out in the warm evenings.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Wir wurden von dem Eigentümer Jean-Luc sehr herzlich empfangen und er erklärte uns alle Details zum Haus. Das Haus sowie der Außenbereich ist in einem fabelhaften Zustand und sehr sauber. Wir hatten keine Beanstandungen. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, vor allem durch die fußläufige kurze Erreichbarkeit an das Meer und den Bahnhof Cros de Cagnes sowie zum Einkaufscentrum und Bäcker. Wir fühlten uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohl und sicher. Wir konnten unser Auto im Hof bzw. Garage abstellen und das Tor verschließen.Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Sensational villa, perfect location

8 adults used villa for 2 weeks. Villa was spotlessly clean with everything you need for a wonderful visit to cote d’Azur . Villa is 10 min walk from train station that enables day drips up and down the coast. Monte Carlo, Cannes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, eze, St Paul de Vance, Antibes, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Menton are all “must see” and easily accessible. Ubers are easy too if train doesn’t take your fancy.Pool at Villa has nice jacuzzi feature and like the Villa, is spotlessly clean. Used the Bbq several times which also was excellent. Air conditioning in Villa is highly effective (thank goodness!).Host is very welcoming and always available for any questions etc.Absolutely recommend for families looking for a great week in a luxury villa.

Perfect Family Stay

From the moment of contact with Jean luc 5 years ago, I could not wait for myself and family to visit his wonderful Villa in the South of France, the property is perfectly located, you really do not need to hire a car, as its a 10 minute walk to Cros des Cagnes Railway Station where you can take the regional TER train to places like Nice, Antibes, Cannes, Villefranche sur Mer and so on, Jean luc is the perfect host, nothing is too much trouble for him, if you do book this superb property, then you are in safe hands.

Ein wunderbares Haus für eine tollen Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Cagnes-sur-Mer war absolut perfekt! Das Haus ist makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt, was sofort einen tollen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen – alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden, und noch darüber hinaus. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten und bieten viel Platz, was den Aufenthalt äußerst komfortabel macht. Die Lage ist ideal, in einer ruhigen Umgebung und dennoch in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allem, was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Gastgeber. Er war äußerst zuvorkommend, zuverlässig und einfach extrem gastfreundlich. Man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Seine Tipps und Hilfestellungen haben unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub!

Beautiful clean villa in great location

Would highly recommend. We had a wonderful stay at Jean - Luc’s beautiful villa. Super clean with accommodation arranged to provide privacy and space for everyone. just perfect

we had a beautiful stay in Caynes /s mer. The Villa had ALL the equipment as described in the announcement. In addition it had a perfect pool protection for our 2 kids aged below 2 years. All services ( railway station, bakery, supermarket... ) were in walking distance. for our next stay in the region we will rent this house again.

Excellent holiday in the South of France

We had a brilliant stay in this spacious and very well equipped villa. Jean Luc was lovely and showed us around on the day we arrived, providing all essential information and more. We couldn’t have asked for more other than to be allowed to stay another week! The villa was in a great location and we felt relaxed as soon as we arrived. The heated pool was a perfect size and temperature. I would love to come back.

Fabulous family holiday in an amazing villa.

Family of 6 ( 4 adults, 2 young children) stayed here for a week in August. The villa is immaculate, and extremely spacious with a lovely pool area suitable for young children. The villa is in an excellent location, with supermarkets and easy access to the rail network and the beach. We didn’t need to hire a car as everything was in walking distance. We visited Monaco and Nice during the stay and even used uber to go a local water park, all very straightforward. Jean look is a fabulous host, extremely friendly and very helpful. He allowed us to leave our luggage at the villa on the day of check in, whilst the property was cleaned. This was a real bonus for us, especially having young children in our party. We also had a couple of minor breakages during the week due to the young children in our party, which Jean Luc was very understanding about. Overall I can’t thank Jean Luc enough for allowing us to rent his beautiful villa. We all had an amazing holiday and we will certainly be coming back. Thank you!

Excellent week in Cagnes sur Mer

The property is a large villa with it's own pool and very well stocked with all the items we needed. The Owner met us when we arrived late morning and let us leave our bags for an hour while the cleaners finished up. He then provided the most comprehensive briefing I have had, so that we all felt at home right away. We had 4 adults and a 3 year old, and there was everything we could have asked for, including high chair, cot etc. The house is a bit of a maze, which allowed us to separate and my daughter's family was able to have their own floor. We had some minor breakages which the owner was very decent about. The location is good in a quite residential area, about 10 mins walk from the beach and coast road, which had some terrific restaurants. In August it was very hot and because traffic is often busy we walked everywhere, which was hot. We also took the nearby train to Nice on one occasion and Monte Carlo another - both very straightforward. Overall a terrific week. Thank you!

Fantastic Place To Stay

We first stayed at this villa in 2017 - bar the COVID year, we've been back every year since. Jean Luc is a very friendly and helpful host. Villa is about 12 mins from Nice airport by taxi - we ditched the hire car after year 1 as there's an Intermarche and a great bakery within 5 minutes walk & a nearby train station. Very quiet location. Fabulous air conditioning, pool worked well for our kids and, importantly, very few biting flies! Would highly recommend.

Fab week in amazing villa

Family of six (4 teenagers) stayed here for a sunny week. Villa was spotless, very spacious, well stocked and excellent location with supermarket, restaurants, and train station all a short walk. Near Nice airport too, so no car hire needed. Lovely pool and outside patio but lovely indoor aircon when it all got a bit too hot out there! Jean Luc met us at check in to give us a tour of the house, but tbh everything was so well labelled that settling into the property was user friendly. BIg thumbs up form all of us.

Our new second home 😊

Fantastic villa with a child-safe pool, and a super friendly, likeable and informative host. There were 8 of us in 3 generations - and everyone enjoyed themselves inside and outside. The pool was great and was good for cooling off and playing (we had 30 degrees every day). As other have written, we basically didn't use the car, as the train is only a 10-minutes’ walk away to Antibes, Nice, VilleFrance, Monaco, etc. In the same distance is a large supermarket with fresh products and a little bakery. To the beach, with a pleasant promenade, is 900 meters. The area feels very safe and is nice and quiet. Jean Luic recommended a delicious restaurant right by the beach for my wife's 60th birthday – a huge success. We have already talked about the fact that it probably cannot be surpassed, and we already have a new booking in mind.

We have just had an amazing stay in Jean Lűcs house in Cagnes sur Mer! He was the perfect host and welcomed us when we arrived, giving us a tour of the house. The house surpassed our expectations, in particular the outside space and pool. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. There was plenty of space and our family group of 7 were very comfortable, with lots of communal space. Jean Lúc was very responsive to any queries or requests we had. We will definitely be back!

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in deze geweldige villa. De communicatie van de eigenaar was uitstekend, inchecken eenvoudig, de locatie van de villa was ideaal voor uitstapjes vanaf het nabijgelegen treinstation en tal van voorzieningen in de buurt. De villa was zeer goed uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hadden en had ook een aantal nuttige spullen voor kinderen - stoelverhogers, kinderstoel, reiswieg, badstoel enz. Het zwembad en de tuin waren erg schoon en de temperatuur van het zwembad was ideaal. We hebben ook genoten van het koken op de bbq! Wij raden het zeker aan!

Beautiful Villa

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, immaculate villa. The owner take great pride and care of this lovely and spacious home. Great location: 10 min walk to the supermarket and bakeries as well as good restaurants and the beach. The pool is heated, which we very much enjoyed as it was not that hot yet end of May. Nice and the airport are a 15 min drive away. The communication with the owner was always kind and swift. We highly recommend a stay.
