  • El apartamento está situado en una casa típica rodeada de otras casas con jardines, en el final de una tranquila calle sin salida sin tráfico o el ruido.
    Al mismo tiempo que está cerca de todas las comodidades como tiendas, autobuses, estación de tren, la playa, etc.
    El espacioso apartamento de 115 m2 tiene 4 dormitorios independientes + una pequeña oficina que se puede utilizar como un dormitorio para un bebé o un niño pequeño.
    Abrir solución cocina americana hacia el comedor / sala de sala de estar y un patio al aire libre protegido con un grupo de barbacoa / sofá.
    También hay una escalera en el patio que da a una terraza pequeña y muy soleado.
    Una tercera terraza es accesible desde uno de los dormitorios. Esta terraza tiene una mesa con 2 sillas + la posibilidad de usar un columpio para niños / bebés.

    Aire acondicionado en 1 dormitorio, de lo contrario los aficionados en cada habitación.
    Aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio principal está ahora bajo la instalación y también estará listo antes de la temporada de verano
    En suma, una muy espacioso y luminoso apartamento.
    Alta velocidad de la televisión por Internet, por cable con cerca de 200 canales, incluyendo algunos en Inglés, Apple TV, estación de acoplamiento con altavoces potentes para Apple y los dispositivos Bluetooth,

    2 baños con ducha esquinas, uno con un WC en el interior. También un WC separado en el hall de entrada.

    El apartamento tiene electrodomésticos como, lavadora, secadora, lavavajillas, horno de microondas, estufa, placas de inducción, Congelador / refrigerador,
    batidora, cafetera, tetera y una cocina totalmente equipada.
    Las toallas y ropa de cama, jabón y papel higiénico a su llegada.

    Posibilidad de instalar un trampolín en una de las habitaciones de la cama para los niños si así lo solicita. Como se tarda aproximadamente 6 horas en total para instalar / desmantelarlo tendremos que cobrar 60 euros para los que solicitan este durante el alquiler para cubrir los costos.

    De lo contrario hay 2 columpios (para bebés y niños), una mesa de pie del bebé, 2 hamacas (fijaciones en terrazas + en 3 dormitorios), 1 trona y 1 cuna disponible de forma gratuita.


    Posibilidad de aparcar un coche en frente de la casa, parking público de otra manera libre en las calles de alrededor.
    Fácil acceso a las carreteras principales / carreteras para entrar y salir de Niza rápidamente en coche para aquellos que quieran explorar la región.
    También es fácil el acceso a los autobuses y la estación de tren principal de los que no tienen un coche.

    Nosotros o nuestro representante estará disponible para ayudar a cabo durante su estancia si hay algo.

Great Property

This was a great place to stay for our week's vacation in Nice. Ronny is terrific and gave us lots of great advice. All the rooms were extremely comfortable, we enjoyed the outside spaces, and we loved staying there.

Perfect appartement

The property was clean and quiet. The buses stopped right by the appartement and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Ronnie was the best host I’ve had and went above and beyond. Our family had a great time.

Ronny nous a accueilli de façon très pro. Nous avons eu eu youtes les indications et conseils pour bien profiter du séjour. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous avons pu preparer notre reveillon de Noel ( en avance) sans difficulté avec le matériel de cuisine à disposition.

Spacious, well located apartment! We loved the apartment which was quiet for such a central location. The rooms were large and there were lots of different seating options. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace. I would thoroughly recommend it. Ronny was exceptionally helpful with lots of detailed instructions and amazingly quick response to any queries.

Where shall I begin? Staying here with my partner and three mature friends, this apartment truly lived up to its description. Spacious, airy, modern and exceptionally quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, it really gave us the feeling of experiencing Nice rather than staying in a tourist-heavy area. The facilities throughout were excellent, everything felt well thought out and very comfortable, and the showers in particular were outstanding. There were plenty of shops nearby, and for those who enjoy walking as we do, everything was within easy reach. Ronny welcomed us personally, gave us excellent recommendations on places to visit, and was there again to say goodbye at the end of our stay… a genuinely lovely host. Without question, I would happily stay here again.The pic is one of our homemade dinners I made in the apartment (sadly the only one I remembered to photograph before everyone started eating like they had not seen food in days)…and for future guests: the bedroom at the very end of the apartment (to the left) is the unofficial “premium suite”… wonderfully quiet and worth claiming quickly before the others catch on....because some members of our group believed bedtime was merely a suggestion.

Fantastic appartment

Ronny was a brilliant host - he met us on arrival and provided lots of information for us. The appartment was perfect for us as a group of 6 friends - tasteful decor, lots of space in the separate living area to chat and relax, and good sized bedrooms.We also loved the sunny terrace which was perfect for breakfast. The appartment is at the end of a road so really quiet. The appartment is really well located - we walked into the old town/castle and onto the promenade - the train station is about 20 mins walk from the appartment and really easy to get to Monaco and other coastal towns with the frequent train service (although buying tickets is a bit of a marathon). We loved Nice and would definitely come back to the appartment if we revisit. Thanks Ronny for a lovely stay

Superbe et très confortable appartement

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement pour la période de Noël. Il était parfait pour une réunion de famille où chacun peut avoir son intimité mais aussi la place pour passer d'agréables moments ensemble. Un grand merci aussi à Ronny pour sa disponibilité!

PARFAIT

L'appartement correspondait en tout point à ce que nous recherchions : moderne, fonctionnel, spacieux, bien situé si on veut se déplacer sans prendre la voiture, au calme dans la ville, etc. Ronny est un hôte réactif et très arrangeant. Nous recommandons vivement.

Location very good and of course Nice and the area stunning.. Quiet little street convenient for walking and transport to beach markets and places if interest . Ronny was waiting to settle us in to this immaculate airy stylish apartment and was so helpful if we wanted to ask anything during our stay. With lots of outside terracing a perfect place to relax with companions after a hot day sightseeing in Nice and it’s Riviera neighbours. This apartment is outstanding and gets all the stars plus an extra one-very satisfied.

Excellent experience in Nice!

Ronny, the owner was extremely easy to work with. He was very accommodating considering the fact that we arrived so late due to train troubles. Nice was a little intimidating at first but the booklet prepared to help you find everything in the house you need was perfect. It had so much valuable information for getting around...do not ignore it. The house easily accommodated our 7 person party and easily could accommodate 10. The outdoor spaces were beautiful though we didn’t get to use them because it was so hot in Nice while we were there. Good news it was a 5 minute bus ride to the beach! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed!

Very nice place

Beautiful apartment and lovely outside space

Myself and 7 friends spent wonderful a long weekend in the apartment. We were greeted by a knowledgable, helpful host who went out of their way to make our stay perfect. The host was very flexible with our arrival and departure times. The apartment is beautiful, rooms were bright and airy and the outside terraces was lovely. Very good standard of showers and lots of extras available to use such as items for the beach, games and speakers.

Good sized, well equipped and comfortable apartment

Good pre-arrival information from helpful owner. Comfortable, quiet and well equipped apartment with modern fittings (mirrors in all the bedrooms would be welcome addition). Well located for buses (including to airport), easy walk to the tram and within walking distance of the railway station although some might find the immediate neighbourhood a bit 'edgy'. Convenient food shops nearby, including excellent baker.

Nice apartment with nice host

The apartment is really nice, with a very nice host. It is easy to take the local bus to the apartment and the apartment is easy to find with the providen information from the host Ronny. The linen and towels are fresh, and the outdoor facilities are good. We can strongly recommend this apartment.

Lovely spacious and modern apartment in Nice

We had a wonderful stay at this large central Nice apartment. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen very modern, the outside areas had nice views and made the apartment feel even bigger. The apartment was clean, and had nice sheets and towels and nice touches, including fresh flowers. Having Air conditioning in some of the apartment was a bonus. We got around easily walking, and taking buses and the tram. We could walk or take a bus to the train station when we wanted to visit Monaco and and other towns nearby. The description of the property was good, in fact it was even better than the photos could show as the rooms were big. The owners were very friendly, welcoming and extremely obliging, via email before we arrived and when we met them at the beginning and end of our stay. There was some food and drinks in the fridge for us on our arrival, which was thoughtful. We had a wonderful stay in Nice and it was nice to come back to such a beautiful and cool apartment after a hot day out touring Nice and other cities. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends.

Amazing appartement with great hosts

This appartement is simply amazing. We stayed there as a group of 9 people and we still had plenty of space. It is very easy to go to the centre of Nice by bus but the appartement itself is located in a quite part of the city. Everything we needed was available at the appartment and the terrace was just awesome. Also the hosts were really nice and told us everything we need to know about Nice. If you like to go to Nice choose this appartement for your stay!

Fantastic appartment and great hosts

The appartment was as beautiful as it looked on the pictures. We were a group of 10 and it still felt spacious enough. The beds were confortable and the neighbourhood was quite though it was only a short walking distance from the city center. The busses go practically just outside the door but we only took it to go to the airport on our way home . The outdoor terraces were very enjoyable to relax on after a day in town. The appartment had all necessities. We didn't lack of anything. The hosts were lovely and extremely helpful and accomodating. They made sure we had a fantastic stay. We strongly recommend this place. Good for both families and a group of friends. We would gladly book it again in the future.
