Designed for short stays and holiday rentals, the apartment combines modern amenities, quiet surroundings, natural light and an exceptional central location, allowing you to explore Nice entirely on foot.

The location is excellent, extremely close to the beach, all the restaurants, and walking distance to the old town. The apartment is very neat and two bathrooms are convenient for multiple family members. They have the beach towels, umbrellas which are amazing! Check-in process was great, their team member went through everything and provided us the greeting snacks. And the host allowed us to stay an hour longer to accommodate our trip on the day of check out!

Zeer aangenaam verblijf in deze duplex in het centrum van Nice. De locatie was subliem en de gastvrouw was zeer helpvol. Er stond ook een leukeattentie klaar. :) De prijs was ook zeer goed in verhouding.

Great Position - Clean Compact with added touches

A well positioned property central to everything. This compact accommodation provided everything we needed. Walk everywhere - 2 mins to the beach, 5 mins to Old Town,10mins to train station. Well stocked kitchen, coffee machine, laundry, air con plus all the added extras - toiletries, complimentary items and even beach towels. Close to a huge array of restaurants and high end shopping, you are spoilt for choice as well as grocery stores for self catering. Great wifi too which is a must. Our host was always contactable and replied to all requests including organising car transfers. Please to recommend
