  • Rigoletto-Massena is a spacious and completely new apartment. We have particularly taken care of the decoration to make you spend a most pleasant stay.
    The beds are all 160cm very comfortable. You will particularly appreciate the original bedside lamps, the magnificent and spacious Italian shower, the equipped kitchen, the 2 TVs (bedroom and living room) UHD 50 and 42 inches and the bluetooth audio equipment.
    The tram passes in front of the building: 3 minutes from the station, old Nice and the beaches.

    Ideal location !!

    To thank you for staying with us, a welcome basket will be offered to you free of charge (water, fruit juice, coffee capsules, tea, jams, aperitifs, and bottle of wine).

GREAT LOCATION

PROPERTY WAS VERY BRIGHT AND SPACIOUS. ROOMS WERE LARGER THAN THEY LOOKED ON THE WEBSITE. LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC- EASY TO GET FROM THE AIRPORT BY TRAM AND CLOSE TO OLD TOWN, PROMENADE DE ANGLAIS AND THE BEACH. WOULD STAY AGAIN.

Beautiful apartment on Jean Médecin

This apartment could not be better located . Quick access to shopping and transportation. We know where we will stay for our next visit to Nice. The bed was very comfortable and made with sheets.

Modern, clean and spacious

Sarah was such a great host, excellent communication and a pleasure to deal with. This property is very well maintained and of a high standard. Great value for money. This felt like a home away from home.

Great location! Close to everything!

After traveling from Paris and staying in a small flat this apartment was a welcome surprise! Sarah met us and walked us through the apartment and even left us some goodies for our stay. The apartment itself is within walking distance of the beach, ample restaurants and many, many shops! This was an amazing place to stay. Would definitely stay here again if we travel back to Nice! Thanks again Sarah for making our stay feel like home!

tout était parfait

Merci à Sarah pour cet appartement très agréable, parfaitement situé, propre et disposant de tous les éléments de confort. Great Apt & location near old town.

Very nice apartment in a great location. Clean, comfortable and modern. Located on Jean Medecin on the tram line. 15 minute walk from train station & 5-10 minutes from the old town. Sara was very nice & greated us on arrival.

Can’t be better.

Great accommodation. Clean and very secured. Sarah was pleasant and always responsive (très gentille as the French say). All necessities are within walking distance plus public transportation in down the street. The beach: not even ten minutes walk. You know you are at a good location when you are across the street from Galeries Lafayette!

Very friendly, thoughtful host

The host was very nice and allowed us to check in early. She provided water, champagne and snacks as we arrived. She was extremely thoughtful and took time to explain where everything was and locations of places we might need in the future. The apartment was few minutes walk to old town and ocean.We couldn’t ask for a better host and place to stay! Thank you

Loved everything about this property!

This was our last stop on a 30 day adventure, almost all in Italy with Nice as our last stop. We stayed in many different types of places and we both agreed this was our favorite! The location was perfect!! Right in the middle of shopping and a close walk to the beach. The apartment had everything we could have asked for including an elevator, washing machine, fully stocked kitchen and very spacious. There were welcome snacks and drinks to greet us, maps for reference and great communication! We would stay here again in a minute the next time we go to Nice!

La semaine de Noel à Nice

Apres trois annees d'absence nous avons retrouvé Nice, son soleil, sa lumiere et ses habitants. Quel plaisir ! 8 jours que nous avons passé sans nous ennuyer un seul instant, Nice, Antibes, Saint-tropez, Monaco furent revisitees à nouveau avec le tres bon temps . Nous etions bien logés, le tout à portée de main, de pieds, centre ville, vieux Nice, la promenade des Anglais... A bientot Nice Laurence et Paul

A fabulous stay

The apartment is outstanding in all aspects. Its location is superb being close to supermarkets, shops, trams, and a short walk to the sea and the old town. It has all the conveniences of home, with a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable bed, lots of wardrobe space and a spacious and comfortable living/dining area. Sarah is a warm, welcoming hostess and her communications before and during our stay were excellent. We had a wonderful stay and recommend the apartment without hesitation. Thank you, Sarah. We will be back!

Five Star February in Nice!!

What a beautiful apartment in the perfect spot in Nice!! Sarah met us upon arrival to show us around the apartment-she was always available both before and during our trip. She left thoughtful, and delish snacks & wine! The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, newly renovated and has everything a person might need for either a long or short stay. We were there 3 weeks so utilized the washer, as well as doing a little cooking. The location is perfect-right on the tram line to both airport and train-we used the coastal train and went all over the Côte d’Azur! Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants are all within steps. Both the Promenade and Old Nice are a few short blocks away! I would highly recommend Sarah’s large, comfortable and well-equipped apartment to anyone coming to beautiful Nice! Thank you, Sarah, and we hope to see you again!

Don't hesitate to book!

I stayed in this apartment for a month while studying in Nice. This apartment was perfectly equipped with everything I could possibly need, and there were wonderful features that proved Sarah's attention to detail. Sarah was an amazing host who kept in great communication and showed absolute care into ensuring that I had the best stay possible. Being steps away from Place Massena, the location is unbeatable. It is a 6-minute walk to the beach and only a few minutes more to Vieille Ville. The tram is right outside the front door and the buses that take you to the Chagall and Matisse museums are just around the corner from the apartment. As for the sleeping arrangements, both beds are extremely comfortable. The pull-out couch in the living room is large, sturdy and feels like a regular bed. Overall, this apartment is new, clean and equipped. I will always rebook when I stay in Nice!

Très bel endroit au cœur de Nice

Apartement idéalement situé au cœur de Nice. Idéal pour visiter Nice et ses environs. Apart très bien équipé conforme à la description. Très bel accueil de la propriétaire avec un vin mousseux et des grignotons. Avons séjourné deux semaines durant la période des Fêtes. Nous pensons y retourner l’an prochain.
