Prestigious villa, classified sea and mountain view, heated swimming pool, salt water

Spacious villa in a quiet residential area with panoramic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains of the Nice hinterland. Surrounded by old stone terraces, this villa is planted with Mediterranean vegetation: pines, olive trees, palm trees and bougainvilleas. The picturesque village of Gattières is just 1 km away. You will find all the amenities (restaurants, supermarket and local shops selling local products). Nice and its Promenade des Anglais are 20 minutes away.

The villa faces south and is furnished with Provencal style furniture from the Louis XV period. Composed of a large living room of 60 m2, with its stone fireplace and its large picture window, letting in the light and the sun, giving access to the swimming pool and to a large terrace with barbecue, surrounded by flowers and of vegetation. The kitchen is opened on the living room by a stone vault.

Ground floor: master bedroom, 160 cm bed, separate shower room-WC.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one, 140 cm double bed - the other 3 single beds - a bathroom with bathtub and 1 toilet with shower - 1 separate toilet.
the bedrooms give access to their own individual terrace, and one of the bedrooms has a solarium to enjoy the sun in complete privacy.

The heated swimming pool, treated with salt is 8m x 6m and is equipped with an alarm and closed by the wrought iron gate.

To keep busy, there are outdoor games, such as table football, table tennis and boules.

Het huis is super! Exact zoals weergegeven op de foto’s Wij hebben erg genoten met ons gezin. Een goede uitvalsbasis voor stedentrips en strand. De gastheer is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub für uns, wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der Herzlichkeit der Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft war toll und hatte einen bezaubernden Blick auf Nizza. Wir würden wieder unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft verbringen.

Fabulous villa

The villa was fabulous, with stunning views and in a quiet residential area. The pool in particular was the best we’ve had- wonderfully warm. The kitchen was very well equipped and the house had a real old fashioned charm. You may want to bring along blackout blinds for the bedrooms, and may need to rely on mobile data rather than the wifi which didn’t always work. The air conditioning was excellent in all bedrooms and the main living area. Overall we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Excellent Host

The house was well looked after and the owner is very kind and helpful with any needs and questions we had. The fridge was stocked on our arrival with a welcome pack and the owner brought us local cheeses and a great bottle of wine.The house is well appointed and the well sized pool and garden are comfortable and very clean. The owner lives in the appendix to the villa so very nearby but very discrete. Lots of privacy! Easy drive to most of the marvels of the Cote! We can highly recommend staying here.

September Holiday in Gattieres

Such a lovely property and stay near Nice. It was lovely to be out of the city and enjoyed the beauty of the area without having to deal with the traffic and congestion. Gerard, our host, was lovely to meet and responded when we needed assistance and protected our privacy the entire visit. You will need an auto in this area - roads are narrow and walking is a hazard. So much to see in the area - delightful views and holiday with our friends.

Zauberhaft

Angefangen von der traumhaften Lage des Hauses, durch die man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Var-Tal, das Meer und Nizza hat, über die großzügig, praktisch und sinnfällig geschnittene Wohnung und die Kommunikation mit den ausgesprochen charmanten Vermietern bis hin zu so nützlichen Dingen wie nahegelegener Supermarkt (Intermarché nur wenige Minuten entfernt) und Erreichbarkeit sehenswerter Nahziele (Nizza, Cannes, Antibes und das kleine Künstlerörtchen St. Paul de Vence) war alles einfach perfekt. Wir fanden hier die Realität noch schöner als die Fotos, haben jeden Tag in dem schönen Domizil und besonders den Pool sehr genossen. Das Objekt ist super sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Für eine Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen war es perfekt, drei Zimmer (mit jeweils 2 Betten) zu haben, wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Super villa sur les hauteurs de Nice

Annonce totalement conforme: La villa est magnifique. Les espaces intérieurs sont à la fois vastes et très fonctionnels. La vue de jour et de nuit est splendide. La piscine et sa douche (toutes deux à chauffage solaire) sont très très agréables. Enfin nos hôtes, Gérard et Jany, ont été très accueillants, gentils et généreux de pleins d'attentions et de conseils. Je recommande : n'hésitez pas !

Lieu reposant

Nous avons passé une semaine reposante et dépaysante. La maison est parfaite et la vue à couper le souffle. Jany et Gérard nous ont très bien accueillis et ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse et espérons pouvoir y retourner.

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub in Gattières. Die Besitzer des Ferienhauses waren unglaublich herzlich. Super Pool, der vor allen für unsere Kinder toll war. Allein der Ausblick aufs Mittelmeer war Erholung pur.

Superb

We can only give our best recommendations to this property. Lovely house with a very nice large pool and nice area around it. Very well equipped and clean house. Nice, authentic and peaceful atmosphere. Magnificent views over the see and surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and service minded. A corona welcome kit was provided and everything seemed very safe both in the house but also in the area, e.g. on restaurants. We loved it.

Sehr angenehme Woche in einer gepflegten Villa

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in einer Villa in guter strategischer Lage. Viele attraktive Ausflugsziele sind in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Dorf und die Nachbarorte haben gute Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Gastgeber sind reizend und helfen mit Rat bei der Erkundung der Umgebung. Bei unserem nächsten Urlaub im Raum Nizza kommen wir gerne wieder auf dieses Haus zurück.

En vidunderlig perle i rolige omgivelser - fantastisk ferie

Vi (2 voksne og 2 børn (8+10 år) havde den skønneste ferie i Jany og Gérards dejlige hjem kun 25 minutter fra lufthavnen og alligevel i en helt anden verden langt væk fra kystens mylder og trafik. Nabobyerne Carros og Saint Jeannet er virkelig hyggelige og relativt turistfrie og med mulighed for både korte og lange vandreture. Huset er utrolig rent og pænt og hyggeligt indrettet. Den opvarmede og meget rene saltvandspool er helt perfekt til både børn og voksne, og vi tilbragte derfor mange timer der eller på en af terrasserne, hvorfra der var en skøn udsigt over bjerge og hav. Værterne Jany og Gerard er særdeles gæstfrie og samtidig meget diskrete. Vi kan varmt anbefale huset.

Superhärligt

Huset helt fantastiskt med en härlig altan samt pool med stor solyta. Fantastiskt med pool speciellt för barnen som badade nästan hela tiden. Otrolig utsikt ned mot Nice ock Medelhavet. Enda minuset var att dom som hyrde ut huset kunde nästan ingen engelska och vi ingen franska ,så det blev mycket teckenspråk men med det kommer man sig långt. Vi hade verkligen tur med vädret, dagarna ca 29-34 grader på kvällarna ca 24-27 grader. Vi tycker huset var prisvärt. Aircondition i varje rum , helt perfekt.

Wunderschöne Urlaubstage

Das Haus liegt sehr schön, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es ist eine prima Ausgangsbasis für Ausflüge. Jany und Gerard sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Danke an Jany und Gerard.
