Mas des Oliviers is part of Mas d'Azur property with 2 very spacious accommodation of around 105m and have been designed for privacy as each occupies an entire level of the Mas with private ground floor access, parking, private entrance and very large private terrace facing a panoramic sea view from Nizza to Cannes . The Mas des Oliviers apart. occupies the entire high level and has 3 bedrooms with wardrobe: 1 with a KS bed and a shower , The 2 others with either a KS or either 2 single beds . A separate bathroom ( bath , washbasin WC ) and another separate WC. Enjoy breathtaking sea view from your very large private terrace with a covered dinning area and a sunbathing area. The Mas des Oliviers haut is perfectly equipped air conditioning as 5 * tourist accommodation.
The construction is in Provencal style with the use of old materials and cut stones from the land.
Le Mas des Oliviers is part of the Mas d'Azur property which comprises 2 homes: each occupying an entire level of the Mas des Oliviers.
The magnificent swimming pool of 14m x 4m to share (between the 2 homes, inscribed in a stone restanque and is on the same level as the apartment # 2 .

. The property is located 500m above sea level and has retained a natural aspect (Refuge L. P.O) with its stone terraces, natural meadows, olive trees, oaks, lavenders. To respect our natural environment we adopt gestures and use products that reduce our impact on nature (no pesticides or chemicals in the garden, recycling of water and waste, solar energy) This is the ideal place for those who like peace and want to relax in a preserved natural setting with an exceptional sea view. Personalized and friendly welcome from the owners living in the neighboring property. The property is located 2kms from the center of Vence, a charming Provencal village, shops and restaurants, a vehicle is essential because the property is located on the heights (mountain road which climbs for the last kilometer) The accommodation is listed in Vence Tourist Office and and 5 *****

This is a wonderful property in a great location! Stunning views of the Côte d’Azur and our whole family was very sad to leave at the end of our stay! Great location to visit all areas of the French Riviera! Marc and Francoise were great hosts and the property had everything you could need! We would definitely book this again the next time we visit the area!

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet, super sauber und der Blick ist unschlagbar. Pool und Terrasse sind wundervoll. Die Zufahrt ist steil aber man gewöhnt sich schnell.

Wir( Familie mit fast erwachsenen Kindern und Hund) Waren begeistert von dem geschmackvoll und bestens ausgestattetem Appartement mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die gesamten Küste von Nizza bis Antibes und mehr!Die nächtliche Ankunft war schon abenteuerlich, da der letzte Wegabschnitt im Dunkeln wegen diverser Abzweigungen und sehr enger Kurven schon anspruchsvoll war.Später tagsüber dann aber für einen versierten Fahrer unproblematisch .Marc, der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen nett ,freundlich und zuvorkommend!Auf uns wartete auch ein kulinarischer Willkommensgruß !Wir hatten eine schöne Woche dort und werden sicher nochmal zurückkehren!Lieben Dank nochmal, Marc !

Stunning property. Every convenience available! The beds were so comfortable, kitchen stocked with all the things that make a house a home! It made our stay exceptionally comfortable and wonderful. I thought the weather would have been colder but it was just perfect! We will be back.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit sensationellem Ausblick

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser tollen Ferienwohnung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, der Pool herrlich und der Ausblick von der Terrasse sensationell. Lediglich die Zufahrt ist mit einem großen Auto herausfordernd, aber machbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.

An incredible place to stay for a holiday

Our family of 6 had a great time staying at Marc and Françoise's beautiful property. We thoroughly enjoyed the stunning view, the well equipped home and the grounds. Our hosts were very helpful, friendly and kind. Right before our departure, we couldn't drive our car because we left the lights on overnight... Marc quickly found a jumper cable for us, we are very grateful for his help. We were able to make it on time to the airport. We highly recommend Marc's place for a great vacation. Thank you Marc and Françoise!

Perfect vacation

We experienced 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful location. The house offers everything you need. It is very clean, well equipped and has enough space for a family. The view from the terrace is something to be remembered forever. The pool is fantastic and very well taken care of. Vence is a beautiful city that offers everything you need. The way to the house is indeed very steep, but after a few times you get used to it. We can highly recommend this location and will for sure come back.

Fijn vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht over de Middellanse zee

We werden allervriendelijkst ontvangen door de eigenaar. Het is een ruim vakantiehuis en van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. De woning ligt tegen een heuvel aan en de weg er naar toe is smal en erg stijl. Maar eenmaal boven geniet je van het uitzicht. Vence is het dichtstbijzijnde stadje met voorzieningen (supermarkten, horeca etc.) Nice en Monaco zijn goed aan te rijden. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad.

Zauberhafte Umgebung

Oberhalb von Vence zauberhaft gelegen. Sehr nobles gute gepflegtes Anwesen. Sensationeller Blick auf die Bucht von Nizza. Spaziergänge in den Bergen und in der Umgebung sind sehr schön. Anfahrt über eine steile schmale Straße, aber es ist die Cote d'Azur. :-) Sehr zentrale zwischen Nizza, Antibes, Cannes gelegen.

Traumhafter Ausblick und himmlische Ruhe

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen im oberen Appartement verbracht. Françoise und Marc sind sehr freundliche, sympathische und aufmerksame Gastgeber - wir haben uns sehr willkommen und umsorgt gefühlt. Das Appartement ist sehr gepflegt, bestens ausgestattet und großzügig geschnitten. Der Blick von der Terrasse und aus den vorderen Zimmern ist atemberaubend - bei Tag und bei Nacht. Die schöne Stadt Vence, die hügelige Landschaft und natürlich die Engelsbucht von Nizza bis Cannes liegen einem zu Füßen. Das Mas liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten, der sehr gut gepflegt ist und in dem sich auch viele Schmetterlinge wohlfühlen. Und der schöne Pool bietet ein erfrischendes Bad mit Blick auf das Mittelmeer. In der Umgebung gibt es sehr viele schöne Orte an der Küste aber auch in den vorderen Seealpen zu entdecken. Vence ist eine liebenswerte, sehenswerte Stadt. Es gibt viele tolle Museen wie die Fondation Maeght bei St. Paul de Vence, das Musée Léger in Biot, die Picasso Museen in Antibes und Vallauris, das Renoir Museum in Cagnes und viele mehr. Nizza ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Wir waren begeistert und haben jeden Tag genossen. Die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall zu empfehlen!

Enjoyed our stay!

Our host, Marc, could not have been more helpful. We stayed here about one week. The unit was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. While we would note that the en-suite master comes w a modest caveat in that the bedroom does have an attached room w sink and shower but the toilet is a actually across the hall. With that said, the premises were very pleasant and the view from the expansive terrace was outstanding. While the drive up to the unit was initially a bit challenging, we quickly appreciated that it became easier w each passage and we were always rewarded w more time at these lovely accommodations. Plenty to do and see in the immediate area… in sum, we enjoyed our stay.

Appartement spacieux et joliment décoré

Accueil très sympathique de la part des propriétaires. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement ainsi que la piscine qui nous a permis de nous rafraîchir pendant la semaine de canicule que nous avons passé à Vence. Attention! Il n'y a pas de clim. Par grosse chaleur, il fait très chaud dans l'appartement, les ventilateurs mis à disposition sont insuffisants pour rafraîchir les chambres, c'est pourquoi nous n'avons mis que 3 étoiles à notre séjour.

Great view from Nice to Cannes

Thanks to Marc for the warm welcome with cold beer and French pastry. The House is very nice and well kept. We have never had such a good view of the riviera from our terrace. For sightseeing, we highly recommend the medieval town of Tourette-sur-Loup (Wednesday market!). We also found a nice bakery: "Le fournil vencois". The house is also great for sports-activities: Pool size is big: 12,5 x 4 m. Hiking can be done directly from the house to the nearest mountain "Baou des Blancs" with another stunning view. The house is located approx. 550 m above sea level, Vence-centre (and most bakeries) is at around 300 m. If you want to bike up to the house, you might need a mountain bike, since a road bike might not make the steep road. Cycling-Famous "Col-de-Vence" is just around the corner. At the "Plage du Loup" (25 minutes drive), dogs are tolerated, meaning there are many and police did not complain :-) Jochen & Tanja
