SUNSET TERRACE is a beautiful, air-conditioned, two-bedroom apartment. It is located on the top floor and has a balcony with an open view and a sea glimpse. The apartment also benefits from a spacious, quiet street-side terrace overlooking a hill. You will also benefit from a large parking place in the same building as the apartment.

It includes two 90cm single beds with 22cm thick soft mattresses. The two beds can be configured as a KING SIZE bed. There is also a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables.

The bedroom opens onto the balcony.

The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a washbasin with mirror and a hairdryer.
