LE PIERLAS is a beautiful two bedroom apartment. It is ideally located in the Port, a popular area of Nice. In a few minutes walk you will be in the Old Nice or on the Place Du Pin (trendy area of Nice).

The apartment has a modern decoration. A palette of blues dresses the walls, the furniture and the decorative elements. The light wood, the cushions and the numerous suspensions give a cozy and warm atmosphere.

Important information: we inform you that the facade of the building on the living room and master bedroom side is currently being renovated. Scaffolding prevents the shutters from being fully opened in these two rooms. The price has been adjusted accordingly.

Clean and modern apartment

The apartment itself was very clean and modern. We had been advised of the scaffolding outside the building, however the cleanliness of the common areas in the building and the lighting in the staircases were less than ideal. The rental company did respond to our inquiries in a timely manner during working hours.
