CITY HEART is a one-bedroom apartment ideally located in the city center of Nice, in a modern and secure residence.



You will enjoy the beautifully decorated living room opening onto the balcony and the fully equipped kitchen. The comfortable bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the bathroom offers a walk-in shower.



Located in the Carré d’Or, you are just a few steps from the famous shopping avenue Jean Médecin and its many stores. Galeries Lafayette and the large Place Masséna are only a 1-minute walk away. You can reach the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, as well as the Old Town, within just a few minutes. Enjoy the city center while staying in a quiet environment, as the building faces a small, low-traffic street.



The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator access, and it is equipped with central air conditioning and free WiFi.



Heating/Cooling: Heating is collective and managed by the building. It usually starts between mid-November and mid-December and ends around mid-April. The exact dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

Viestintä varauksen jälkeen selkeää ja oikeaan aikaan matkan edetessä. Toimisto aivan Nizzan keskustassa. Miellyttävä asiakaspalvelu. Asunto aivan keskustassa, mutta mitään ääntä eikä liikennettä kuulu. Huoneisto tilava ja siisti, hyvin varusteltu. Kaikkinensa ylitti odotukseni. SUPER majoittaja.

We really enjoyed this unit and the location. Few things to note- we had to download a separate app in order to check in etc. that’s annoying as they didn’t just use the VRBO app and we had to stop and get keys at a separate location and drop them off at this location - about a 10 min walk. It was very inconvenient. We had two bikes so we had to figure out how to do this without hauling our bikes etc. - subway to/from airport is two blocks away. Cost 1.70 euros. Was perfect. - unit smelled horrible when you walk in. We had to always keep the bathroom door shut to contain smell. I have used outhouses that smelled better than that bathroom - you could walk everywhere. Beach was 8 min away. Old nice. Was a couple blocks over and unlimited restaurants in the area- bed is not a king as advertised. Maybe a queen. Not sure if Europe and North America have different specks for bed sizes. - on the app it was clear they didn’t provide any of the basics that you would expect from a VRB/hotel. We had to bring our own garbage bags! purchase our own toilet paper. I assumed there would be no dish soap or dishwasher detergent but there was (probably left from previous tenant). Not even a first day coffee pod. This was a huge disappointment and strange for us. They also only provided 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 kitchen towel. We would have had to pay more to get extras. No beach towels in the unit - we struggled with communication with them on the VRBO app prior to the trip.

Very uncomfortable

Nice is still a nice City to visit. The apartment was not comfortable very little space to sit. The odor when you walked in was horrible. I called and complained. A young lady came to clean however the odor persisted. We go to Nice quite often we will not rent this apartment again. An other thing I would like to mention the rental organization is not the most welcoming group it is very inpersonable.
