Excellent location with a great garden views
Very centrally placed apartment. Everything works perfectly. Within easy reach of beach and all amenities. Secure and safe building. Common areas kept very clean.
The internal decor of the apartment requires freshening up.

Great Apartment
Recently stayed for 5 nights. Check In process very easy, key collection from the management office had very clear instructions.
Location for us was great, 5 mins to shops, restaurants, promenade and supermarkets, 15 mins to old town and train station.
Very clean and tidy apartment with everything needed for our stay. All of the crockery and pans etc were in good condition and plentiful.
Just one word of caution, the coffee table is super heavy and leaves a very good bruise if you accidently walk into it as it does take up quite a lot as space in the living room.
The apartment gets the afternoon sun which is very pleasant while having a glass of wine on the balcony.
There is quite a bit of road noise, which is to be expected due to being so central but I thought this was outweighed by the location.
Check out was again very simple with the bonus of luggage storage at the office which I have to say had very friendly and helpful staff.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the apartment and will hopefully return in the near future.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment however I feel that the photos do it more justice than it deserves. It’s more tired and dated looking when you see it in person. It needs a fresh coat of paint and updating. There’s a full length mirror behind the bedroom door which we only discovered on the 3rd day as we left the door open. Also there is no dressing table area . I feel there should be a mirror where the office area is so it can be used as multi purpose dressing table/desk. There’s no dish in the bathroom for the soap bar. The hanging rack in shower cubicle needs a good bleach. A separate area for storing unused bedding and towels should be made instead of having it all in the wardrobe as we had to move it all out to store our clothes. No safe/security box. The tv box played up and had to be moved around to stop channels flickering. Tv could better, had to request support with the tv as batteries had corroded in one remote which made it inactive. Granted the maintenance team addressed it straight away but for me these are little touches that should be checked in advance of guests arriving. Occasionally we had the smell of smoke from people upstairs who would drop their cigarette ends over the balcony and it landed on ours. Not that this was the apartment owners fault it was just unpleasant for us non smokers. The apartment is in a fairly quiet area and 10 min walk to the train station and 5 min walk to the shops/promenade and near some great bars and restaurants.

Great location - would definitely return
We liked the great location of this appartment which is near everything, an easy walk to the station, close to the sea front, and not far from old town. There is a good supermarket about two minute's walk from the front door and a few others a bit further away, for basics.
The accommodation was clean and comfortable and most things you needed were provided. There were mases of bed linen and towels which was great. The flat was generally quiet and the neighbourhood was quiet apart from the midnight bin collections which you cannot escape and is a French thing it doesn't last long! The area the apartment is in is very nice and it's close to quite an up market area with the church opposite - lovely to hear the singing. The security arrangements for gaining entry to the apartment block were excellent and easy to use with an electronic key fob. The key pick-up and drop-off from the concierge worked very well too, with clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Would definitely stay again!
The kitchen could do with a few more items for cooking such as a non-stick pan and microwave dish. Everything else we needed was there. We found the cleaning materials somewhat inadequate for anything other than basic cleaning, though that is a very minor point.
On arrival there was a very strong and unpleasant smell in the bathroom as if it had been used very recently. The fan struggled to deal with it. It was that bad that we went straight out and bought an air freshener spray as we didn't know if it was a permanent problem. It never recurred so we assume it was indeed caused by someone who had used the toilet just before we arrived. That's not very sensible and should be avoided. An air fresheners should be provided.

Hot temperature, good location
Dark apartment, small "windows" must keep curtains because daylight/sun would heat the apartment too much. Some lights broken. Cleaning was medium average level. Air condition machine needs at least service, maybe a new machine, it was loudy and not effective. Apartment situation/location was great. Personel at Nestor&Jeeves office Nice was helpful and friendly.

Excellente prestation.
Excellent service de l'agence et bon séjour dans un très bel immeuble et excellent quartier (sécurité, voisinage calme, rue calme, Promenade des anglais à 2 pas, musées, restaurants, cafés et commerces tout autour !).
Seulement un rafraîchissement/modernisation de certains éléments de l'appartement.

Great location, comfortable place
The apartment is very cozy and comfortable in a great location, overlooking a park and within walking distance of much of central Nice. The Promenade des Anglais five minutes away.
The coffee table (table basse) is too big for the size of the living room, and too heavy to move to open the sofa bed.

Très bien situé, fonctionnel et propre
J'ai adoré l'emplacement et l'immeuble bien entretenu.
Il faut mettre des couettes, pas juste des draps ! Et le nombre d'oreiller peux aussi être revu à la hausse. La Machine à café Nespresso est trop spécifique il faut des capsules très spéciales qu'on ne trouve pas dans le commerce, changer aussi cela pour une Nespresso plus simple. Hormis cela, tout est très bien.
