Light and cozy apartment with a view and shared pool!

This lovely and personally decorated apartment is located in a gated area on the hills of Nice. Here it is calm and pleasant and the air is fresh. In the fenced area, there is a fan-shaped pool, 22 meters, which is shared with the other residents.
From the large and cozy balcony of 11m2, you have a wonderful view of Nice and the sea. There is a sofa group and a dining table for four.
It is an open plan between the living room and the kitchen. The light living room, which has AC, has a sofa group and a dining area for 4 people. Smart TV is available with a large selection of channels, e.g. BBC News and CNN.
For children, there are also some puzzles and board games to amuse themselves with.
The modern, well-equipped, and spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook.
There is a dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, coffee maker (filter), fridge with freezer compartment, wine cooler, and more. There is also a large selection of glass, porcelain, and other kitchen items.
In bedroom 1 there is a queen-size bed that is 160x200 cm and a large wardrobe.
In bedroom 2 there is a queen-size bed that is 160x200 cm and a smaller wardrobe. Here is also the washing machine. Sheets and towels plus beach towels are included.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, and a heated towel rail.
A separate toilet with sink is also available.

No private parking, but there are usually free spaces in the area, otherwise it is fine to park outside the area on the street.

The apartment is located on the hills of Nice and it takes about 30 minutes to walk down to the Promenade des Anglais. It is practical and recomended to have a car when you live in the apartment but not necessary as there are frequent buses.
The bus goes directly to Gare Thiers which is the main train station in Nice. From here you can easily and quickly get to Cannes, Antibes, Monaco, or why not Italy.
