Large apartment in downtown, 4 double bedrooms, on the Harbor
Completely renewed, the apartment offers 120 sqm : a spacious living room with full equipment (tv, wifi, aircond,...), small balcony, two bathrooms, a huge kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and 4 bedrooms (4 queen size beds 160 cm)

Located 20 m from the harbor, 150 m from Place Garibaldi and Place du Pin, 300 m from the old town, 5 minutes walk to the beach and 200 m from the tramway : it is in the heart of Nice.

All is new, modern and relax. Very confortable, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room, a huge kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 wc. In the close neighborhood, you can find all commodities : restaurant, supermarket, chemistry, bakery,... From the apartment, you can discover all town by walk.

Cleaning fees : 120 euros
Deposit : 300 euros

Advise and help for any kind during your stay.

No party (no dance party, no drink party).
No smoking, no eating, no drinks in the bedrooms. Be clean and respectful with the apartment.

Excellent location for a great stay in Nice, and surrounding area Very spacious apartment, very clean, stairs are the only challenge, 3 flights up, but the location makes up for that Easy access to trams, trains and Uber to get around. Very happy with our choice

Staying here while visiting Nice was a truly wonderful experience! We loved being in the heart of old town. The apartment is within walking distance to bars, shops, restaurants and only a short walk to the port and the beach. Our host was most gracious, and the flat was lovely, spacious and very comfortable. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Nice.

Vaste appartement très propre et super bien situé près du vieux port de Nice. Parfait pour visiter Nice à pied. Bonne communication avec la gérante de l'appartement. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Le seul bémol, il faut savoir qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et qu'il y a beaucoup de marches à monter! Il faut être en forme!

A wonderful vacation with family in a good location to tram, port and the old town of Nice. Here’s plenty to do. Landlord responded quickly when questions appeared. All set up for arrival. Enjoy your stay in this apartment. It worked out well for us, family of six- room for everyone.

Nous étions 4 adultes, 2 enfants de 6 ans et 1 enfant de 2 ans. Logement très bien équipé et aménagé. La situation est top avec la proximité des transports, commerces et du vieux Nice. Je recommende cette appartement.

The apartment is surprisingly large and airy, with high ceilings and tall windows. It was a comfortable place for us to hang out after walking the streets of Nice. The old Port is a lovely place to walk and is just around the corner. There are a number of good restaurants within walking distance and a decent bakery right down the street. The only things I would recommend for the future are supplying paper towels or napkins, bars of soap, and more coffee pods for the coffee maker. It's also worth noting that the bathroom setup is a bit odd, with one toilet and the stand-up shower in one of the bedrooms, making it somewhat awkward to use when multiple people are staying in the apartment. Overall, though, it was a great base to visit Nice.

Was meant to stay here previously but had to cancel due to covid. Kept in touch with the hosts who were very understanding. Thankfully most of my group made it and all really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is large, bright and very well equipped. The location is fantastic both in locale and transport links. Would thoroughly recommend.

Appartement très spacieux et très bien équipé. Ligne directe en tramway (L2) depuis l’aéroport jusqu’à la station Port-Lympia à moins de 5 minutes de l’appartement. Idéalement situé pour visiter le Vieux-Nice. Également à 2 minutes de la ligne de bus 100 permettant de rejoindre facilement Monaco et alentours. Tous commerces à proximité. Enfin, Sabrine est une hôte arrangeante et très sympathique, la communication fut parfaite.

Nous avons vécu un très beau week-end prolongé en cette période de Covid. Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis qui faisions notre sortie annuelle. L'appartement était très bien, dimensions, équipements, propreté, emplacement, etc. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire. Recommandons chaleureusement cet appartement..

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is very close to tram line nr. 2 and within a short walk to Promenade and other interesting sites. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The only minor inconvenience was lack of sink in the toilet room.

Sabrine was vert responsive and helpful. She met us at the apartment to check in and gave us a tour with instructions for using the amenities. She was very friendly and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The apartment is centrally-located to many attractions in Nice and it was very easy to get around. The stop for the bus to Monaco is a stone’s throw away and the promenade (beach) is a just a short walk. This flat is also very clean and modern located right in the old town. It was a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay in Rue Cassini. The apartment was clean and with a big kitchen with a lot of supplies for cooking. The kids enjoyed the bathtub and the balcony was a plus. We had great and easy communication with Sabrine. The two toilets needs an update, but they function very well.

Sabrine was able to accommodate us for a last minute, one night stay after our planned accommodation was not available. She went out of her way at to help us find an accommodation for the remaining nights of our stay in Nice, as her property was already reserved. The apartment was very clean, with everything we needed for a delightful stay.
