Thanks to its excellent location, you can easily explore the city and its surroundings on foot, stroll through the colorful streets, and enjoy the beach and the sea.



THE APARTMENT

The 54m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, as is the case in almost all buildings in the old town.



LIVING ROOM:

The living room is spacious and furnished with a large dining table (seating 6), a large wall-mounted TV with adjustable settings, and a sofa bed (140x190cm). If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but would like the sofa bed prepared, you will need to pay €25 upon arrival.





KITCHEN :

The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. It also includes a variety of kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses, and cutlery.



BEDROOM :

The first bedroom is next to the living room and is equipped with a king-size bed (160 x 200 cm), a sofa and a wardrobe with a curtain.

The second bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed (160x200cm). It features an open wardrobe and direct access to the second bathroom.





BATHROOM:

The first bathroom is located in the hallway and features a large shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a towel warmer and a hairdryer.

The second bathroom is accessible from the master bedroom and features a shower, a sink with 2 drawers underneath, a toilet, a washing machine and a hairdryer.







NEIGHBORHOOD:



With its narrow cobblestone streets, pastel-colored buildings, and shops selling Nice soap, Provençal textiles, meat, and cheese, Vieux-Nice is the old and lively part of the city. Vendors at the daily market on the Cours Saleya (a pedestrian street) sell flowers and other produce. Lively pubs and open-air restaurants serve specialties like crêpe socca. The park on the castle hill is situated on a high point and offers a remarkable view of the city and the sea.

The old town, the city center, and the harbor are all within walking distance. Everything is within a 2- to 20-minute walk.

Trams T1 and T2 are also reachable in 2 minutes (T1) and 6 minutes (T2), respectively. Tram T2 takes you from the airport to the old town. Tram T1 goes to the harbor or the main train station.

- By confirming the booking for this accommodation, the tenant/guest accepts our terms and conditions.

- All our accommodations are non-smoking. They are equipped with bed linen and towels as per the booking and include a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toiletries (including hand soap, shower gel, shampoo) as well as a starter kit with toilet paper, bin bags, tea towels and a sponge.

- Please note: We provide one beach towel per person. We kindly ask you to wash it in the washing machine provided before your departure (detergent is supplied).

- Please note that our check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We are happy to welcome you after 8:00 PM as well. However, please be aware that a late arrival fee of €20 will apply for arrivals between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, €30 from 10:00 PM to midnight, and €50 from midnight to 1:00 AM. After 1:00 AM, it is at the discretion of the check-in manager whether or not to check you in; the fee in this case is €100.

Fixed check-in fee for the Christmas/New Year period only – December 24, 25 and 31, and January 1 (late arrival fees included): 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: €50; 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM: €75; 10:00 PM – 12:00 AM: €100; 12:00 AM – 1:00 AM: €150; after 1:00 AM: €200.

The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or by credit card and is due upon check-in.

- Pre-Check-in Information - To make your arrival as smooth as possible, you will receive a secure link after your booking to complete a short online pre-check-in form through our property management system.

The form only takes a few minutes to complete and helps us prepare everything for your stay and your check-in. It also enables us to comply with French legal requirements for short-term rental accommodations.

- We also offer you the option of booking small extras as a surprise for your loved ones or simply for your own comfort. Further information about our additional services can be found in the pre-check-in message you will receive approximately three weeks before your arrival.

- A travel cot and a highchair for babies can be booked via our pre-check-in form 3 weeks before your stay (one-time rental fee for the travel cot: €20; one-time rental fee for the highchair: €15 – both payable at check-in). Please note that we do not provide bedding for the baby cot. We also ask you to return the baby cot and/or highchair clean; otherwise, we will have to charge you an additional fee of €20 each.
