The Liberty is a charming loft duplex apartment located in Nice city center at only 2 minutes away walking distance from Place massena. The apartment offers an entrance, a living room with dining area, a full equipped open kitchen, a shower room with toilet. The two sleeping spaces are located on upper floor. One sleeping area offers a king size bed, the second one offers a queen size bed. Both have a ceiling height of 1m90. The Liberty offers airconditioning everywhere. Tramway station direct to the airport is at 200m away. Beach is at 400m away. Shops and restaurants are down the building. Perfect for a holiday rental in Nice city center

Wonderful Stay in Nice!Excellent location, so easy to walk or bike everywhere! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved exploring the area and having such easy access to the best of Nice.One thing to note: picking up the key required an extra stop at a nearby grocery store along our train route. It was a bit awkward navigating the store with all our luggage, something we hadn’t experienced before, but once we had the key, everything went smoothly.Overall, a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Location: Excellent! Apartment: Nice. A little small for more than 2 people, but serves its purpose. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen has what you need to cook/eat, if you prefer to dine "at home" Bathroom: only 1. Clean & good water pressure sufficient hot water. Since no cleaning service is offered during your stay, we ended up needing to buy toilet paper and bathroom disinfectant. Communication: use WhatsApp and you'll have no problems. They respond quickly and know English. Price: for the location and what you get, definitely worth it. You will be asked to give a cc as a deposit (just as a hold; not charged) Also, expect to pay-in-full when you arrive. This was not explained to us beforehand, so my sister (who checked in before me) had to pay and used a cc that charged an exchange fee. Could have been avoided if I used my cc. Overall, very happy with our stay and would consider staying here again!

Amazing location

Firstly positives, this property is in an amazing location, 5 mins walk from tram and central for lots of restaurants and a short walk from the beach. It is in a beautiful building set back so no road noise. Property is ideal for short stay, really well equiped kitchen, towels provided and hairdryer. Lovely little goody bag as well. Negatives - parts of the property need a spruce up or fix. Bathroom ight broken so flickrs, broken lamp, some cups chipped and cracked and toilet seat broken. Areas of it need a deeper clean too. Communication beforehand was awful, tried to contact them multiple times without success; had no address or details how to check in up to the night before when I received a Whatsapp message asking what time I would arrive. Lady who did message was helpful and did give us info required but with less than 24 hours before arrival was worried. Never experienced this before. Check in when got there was smooth and nicely handled. One word of warning, due to mezzanine layout of apartments noise really travels and opposite we had a group of people who made so much noise all night. They wouldnt engage when I knocked to ask them to quiten down so contacted company. Unfortunately they didnt own that apartment so nothing I could do and just had to put up with it. They left on last night so was all quiet then. Overall this apartment is in great place. As i have stayed once would perhaps consider again.....maybe

Agenzia Happy-Few inesistente. Voto 0

Ok alloggio. Ma pessima esperienza con Happy-Few Properties. Nessuna risposta alle mail. Trattata malissimo al telefono. Check-in gestito da una free-lance che conferma che la policy dell'agenzia è non avere rapporti con il cliente. Quindi pessimo servizio clienti. Chiesti 700 euro di cauzione ma concordati 400. Non hanno controllato subito l'alloggio alla nostra partenza e ci hanno chiesto di lasciare le chiavi sul tavolo e porta aperta. Rilasciata cauzione dopo 10 GG. dalla nostra partenza. La freelance ci ha detto di fare foto all'alloggio per non avere problemi dopo. ASSURDO! Questo comportamento nuoce anche alla competenza di VRBO. Prendete provvedimenti o non pagateli.

BEL HEBERGEMENT BIEN SITUE AVEC QUELQUES AMELIORATIONS A ENVISAGER

Bel espace , propre, fonctionnel, bon couchage Inconvénients : le vis-à-vis pas terrible et bruit des sorties des climatiseurs des voisins la climatisation fonctionne très bien , mais sort à l'étage donc dans les chambres , donc pas agréable à ce niveau Il serait bon de mettre un peu plus de produits d'accueil - j'ai moi-même un bien en location saisonnière et mon gestionnaire y veille . Une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas , pas remplacée . Bon avis général sur le bien mais des petits plus seraient les bienvenus , par exemple un second jeu de clés. merci pour votre attention. Wonderful loft and great rental experience

We stayed at Happy Few's Rue de la Liberté loft and I was very pleased with both the loft and the friendly professionalism of Happy Few before and during our stay. The loft itself was only minutes away from everything you'd need. We walked to Vieux Nice, the beach, grocery and a wide variety of restaurant options. It also a 5 min walk to the tram station, multiple bus stops as well as the Nice train station. We explored Nice and took day trips to Cannes, Monaco and Eze. The loft was very nicely appointed and was very quiet - we enjoyed our stay there. The owners were very proactive about reaching out and stayed in communication throughout our stay. I felt very confident working with them on the rental and I would recommend Happy Few as well as the Rue de la Liberté loft highly.

Super cute and safe apartment with an incredible location.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful apartment. The beds were nice and comfortable. Its location was right at the heart of the shopping area. The flat was quite and very safe. Plenty of clean towels and toiletries. The flat is actually located in the 2nd floor (first floor for Europeans), easy to go up the stairs. Beautiful building. Our host was very nice to deal with, We'll definitely stay there again. Thank you!
