  • NEAR NEW GARDENS! Beautiful apartment, officially ranked 3 ***, ideal for a family or couples, fully equipped for a comfortable stay.
    Nice view over Square Marshall and its public garden, balcony, elevator.
    Two separate bedrooms with two beds each, one real bed for two in the living room. Large bathroom, separate water-closet, freezer and refrigerator, air conditioning, central heating, TV with international channels, wifi internet connection, DVD player.
    Baby and children equipment available on request. With a few minutes walk, you will reach Acropolis, Place Garibaldi, Place Massena, the Old Town or the beach. A few steps away from our Coulee Verte.

You could not ask for a better host. When we arrived, Mustafa was waiting to help us with our luggage. He provided instructions about everything in the apartment. And he even arranged our transportation back to the airport for us. The apartment was very nice! Clean and comfortable and easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend their place to anyone coming to Nice!!

What a great place to stay in Nice. The owner, Virginie, is an amazing hostess and fully accessible. The place was immaculate, fully stocked, and within walking distance to everything. If we are ever in Nice again, Virginie, we will book this again!

Great place to stay in Nice. Easy access to everything. Very nice apartment. Comfortable and well furnished. Virginia is one of the best VRBO hosts I have ever met. Very friendly she made us feel welcome from the first moment. We hope to visit here again.

Wir hatten tolle 4 Tage im Appartement. Aufgrund der guten Angaben konnten wir die Wohnung schnell erreichen und haben uns gleich zu Hause gefühlt. Adorable apartment

We were so happy with this apartment! It is clean and stocked. Beds were comfortable and it was quite lovely. The owner’s daughter met us and gave us a tour of the building. She was so kind and friendly. We don’t speak any French but we had no problem communicating with anyone during our stay. The location was perfect, easy walk to food, shops, cafes, and the beach. We really enjoyed our visit and we hope to return soon!

Delightful apartment in Nice

The apartment is lovely, immaculate, well- equipped, and nicely located in a safe, quiet neighborhood. There are cafes and shops nearby and the old city is in walking distance. Our hosts communicated very well and were very helpful in holding our bags when we arrived early in the day

This unit was in a good location, close to everything (10 minute walk to old town). Mustafa and Virginie were great hosts and communication was good. We tried their restaurant recommendations. This unit has 1.5 bathrooms, and 2 full bedrooms as well as a Murphy bed in the living room. It’s very spacious and clean. I found the mattress and pillows a bit hard for my taste, but I guess that’s just preference. I would recommend this unit to a family or friends who want some privacy. It would be most helpful to have a binder in the unit with different sections: restaurants/bakery recommendations, things to do in Nice (attractions), location of walk in medical clinic, etc. Definitely don’t hesitate to book Mustafa and Virginie’s unit!

Beautiful apartment, great location

My 16 year old daughter and I had a fabulous stay at this beautiful apartment. Our hosts Mustafa and Virginie were so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is extremely comfortable and a perfect location for exploring the old town, the market and the beach. It was extremely easy to access, only 30 mins on the tram from the airport and a 5 min walk from the tram station. The apartment has everything that you need for your stay - even beach towels and beach mats were available for us to use. Lovely little balcony to sit out on at the beginning or end of the day. I would definitely recommend and revisit. Thank you Mustafa and Virginie

Ideal location to see Nice

Property ideal for 2 couples. Host is excellent in providing advice on the city and local facilities. small lift was fast and quiet. Very near Old Town and very walkable to shops at Jean Medicin. Trams only 5 minutes away. Bus to Cap Ferrat 5 mins also.

This property was great! Very easy to get to and from, even with suitcases (just a 5 min walk from bus/train) Loved having a kitchen, proper bedrooms and living room to hang out in. Did not notice the construction outside. Rooms were quiet with the windows closed. The property is even better than the pictures :) Would definitely stay here again

We stayed in Nice for 2 nights after our Mediterranean cruise ended there. Our host was wonderful, providing great communication throughout the process, and was very accommodating to our needs. She and her husband provided great service. The unit was perfect, with a convenient location, and very clean and well equipped. Four peoples stayed with no problem. Thanks for the advice to visit Monaco.....we loved it.

Gemütliche Familienwohnung in schönem Quartier

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Nizza sehr genossen. Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuss von der Altstadt entfernt, nahe beim Stadtpark mit vielen Spielplätzen. Das Quartier ist sicher und schön mit eleganten alten Häusern. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelgen, gut ausgestattet mit Grundnahrungsmitteln und Putzmaterial. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich zu Fuss um die Ecke. Das Auto kann man in unmittelbarer Nähe im Parkhaus lassen und braucht es nicht für den Aufenthalt in der Stadt. Die Vermieterin Virginie ist sehr nett und leicht zu erreichen.
