Great apartment

Full sized washer, dryer, and dishwasher made for a great stay with a family. Loved the ac in every room. Comfy beds and pillows. The host thought of everything for the beach - chairs, mats, towels, goggles, water shoes, etc.Very very clean, amazing water pressure, super convenient location in old town, very secure, and spacious!Would definitely come back to this place!Just be aware - no elevator and it is on the 4th floor.

I stayed 31/2 weeks in Nice. Visited many towns and sites nearby. The location was superb and the apartment had absolutely everything one could need! Host very communicative!

This property is upscale spa-like and spacious. Thoughtful luxurious decor cleverly done with all practicalities. Central location but quiet, views from all windows! Would definitely stay again. Louis was prompt, helpful and accommodating. This was my first VRBO experience and I feel doubtful it can be topped! Very well done!

Perfect location!

Location could not have been better. Plenty of space and a lovely balcony with ocean view. The stair/lobby area is a bit dirty/musty smelling but totally tolerable for what you get once you’re inside !

Nice Old Town

We had a wonderful stay at this property, it’s very clean with great interior design. It’s in a fantastic location right on the boundary of the old town. Also very quiet at night. All the appliances work as described and we had no issues. Louis was a fantastic host and supported our stay and made check in very easy.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location.

Amazing apartment in a great location with everything on your door step. The layout of the apartment is very thoughtful creating enough privacy if travelling with friends / multiple couples etc, super spacious and high end finishes. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of condiments and cooking utensils, beach towels and umbrella also provided which was handy. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Only downside is lots of stairs which will keep you fit !

Lovely apartment in the old town

Very large apartment with great facilities. The apartment had everything you would need and was exceptionally clean. Everything was high end, with lovely toiletries in the bathrooms. As said in the description, there are four flights of stairs to the apartment, so you have to be relatively fit!

We loved the apartment. It was comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and just as advertised. The plus was an amazing wine shop right next door: with knowledgeable friendly merchants. Markets and restaurants - and the sea! - right nearby.

Wonderful stay

This properly is beautiful. Well appointed large flat in the heart of old town. Steps to the market and the boardwalk. You must access the flat through 4 flights of stairs and the common stairwell is in need of renovation but once you step into the flat all is perfect.

Experience Magique à Nice

Cet appartement est très bien situé dans Nice pour pouvoir visiter, profiter de la ville, de la plage et des autres villes de la Cote d'Azur. Il est proche des commerces et restaurants. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. L'appartement est très propre et très bien entretenu. Il est également meublé de manière très moderne ce qui le rend encore plus agréable :-). Nous avons même eu droit au sapin de Noël et à d'autres attentions (bouteille de vin, beurre, confiture, jus de fruits frais...etc...). L'appartement est doté d'un hammam pour pouvoir se détendre après les visites. C'est Top. Nous recommandons ! Vous pouvez venir les yeux fermés. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
