took a break from paris and enjoyed the warm sun for 4 days in march (2019) --well worth the trip!
couple minor issues to improve experience:
1) directions received before arrival worthless since 'SNCF train terminal' ambiguous, and ticket office sold me tix to Nice-St Augistine which is not the terminal directions were written for...sorry, in the states, cities are lucky to have ONE train station, so i didn't inquire... Luckily a very cordial local saw the directions and tore it up and guided us to the building before backtracking to get home on his annual pass!
2) stairs are potential death trap without flashlight, especially at night. seems some intra apartment cooperation could provide reasonable night lighting--or even providing flashlights on each key ring--the one i used could not fit in the mail box with the key so i had to run back upstairs, deposit the flashlight, and return downstairs without light before departing the premises...
3) coffee pot for those who like 3-4 cups of their own specially ground/flavored caffeine seems essential in france. would have saved multiple trips to starbucks! single cup keurig knockoff did not serve the purpose.
again, the issues above were reasonably minor compared to overall enjoyment of the comfortable bedroom and bed, the excellent kitchen [except coffee pot] , and convenient location to beach walks and city exploring.
