Located on the most prestigious residential road of Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo in the heart of Carré d'or, This luxury 2 bedroom art deco-style apartment of 100 square meter is at only two minute walking distance from the 'Pedestrian zone', Promenade des Anglais and the sea and at only 5 minute walk from the main shopping district (Avenue Jean Medecin) and the old town. The apartment faces south and north and its trans versant.

Furnished to a high standard in a contemporary style, with King Size bed and high quality mattresses, the apartment is both elegant and comfortable.

High speed wireless and cabled internet access, local and international TV channels and a large 47inch flat screen SmartTV allow you to remain connected during your stay.

The location is perfect - walking distance or a quick Uber ride to all the city's major attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and equipped with all necessary appliances. The host, Roxane, was more than helpful, recommending local restaurants, sights to visit, and more. Usual response time was less than 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place to stay in Nice.

Property was very comfortable and ideally located to walk to everything we needed/wanted. Roxanne was extremely friendly, responsive and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, complete with recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful stay in Nice at this stunning apartment with our family of 4! The property manager, Roxanne, provided us with a warm welcome, ensuring that we had everything we needed, provided many great recommendations, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, very quiet at night, and beyond spacious - with more than enough room for our family to relax. The location was perfect - in a beautiful, safe, residential area of Nice, yet within short walking distance to everything we wanted to explore: the Old Town, markets, main shopping area, and a couple of blocks from the promenade and beach! We will absolutely return to stay here on future visits and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice!

Summary: Many nice aspects to this apartment, but nowhere near as clean as it should be. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends or family.Positives:Very nice neighborhood, with close walk to popular sites.Very nice size apartment, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and large living room / dining area.Some nice charming details to the apartment, such as carved accents in the walls.Property manager was very responsive to our issues.Negatives:Dirty floors. When we arrived the apartment floors were still dirty. This was important to us, because we were traveling with a less-than-1-year-old child who was crawling over the floors. The management staff responded to this quickly and re-cleaned the floors, but this is not something that we should have to deal with.Just outside the back door to the apartment kitchen is a pile of bird droppings, which indicates that no one has cleaned outside this door in a long time. I wonder if this is a risk for pests. The sofa and beds smell very dusty. They need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

Remu was the best host ever ! She was very thorough on the details of the apartment and provided us with the best restaurants, shopping and beach location. She is a true professional.The apartment is amazing so not hesitate to book it!

This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!

Great Place to stay

Lovely quiet building in a great location. Short walk to many restaurants the old quarter and the promenade. Minutes from the train station. It has all the conveniences of home. There are large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. There are doors both front and back and there was always a lovely breeze from the Sea.The hostess was very obliging and continued to assist us even after we had departed in retrieving an item lost in an Uber.

Our host Roxanne got in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed and got in touch again in the days leading up to our trip. She is awesome. Super friendly, always available and quick to help us resolve any concerns we had. She also gave us many recommendations of the local area. The apartment was lovely, in a 1920s apartment block with large windows and doors, high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from everything we needed but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the central area. Thank you for having us! 😊
