  • This hyper-central apartment will seduce you with its exceptional location for exploring Nice: a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, the pedestrian zone and all its restaurants, the superb Place Masséna and its events (Carnival, Festival of Jazz, Christmas….) And just 10 minutes from the atypical district of the old town and its famous flower market of Cours Saleya.

    This ultra bright 40 m2 studio has just been renovated and furnished in a very contemporary way with a refined decoration in order to welcome you very comfortably.
    It has an entrance, a beautiful living room including a US kitchen, a dining area and a living room, a bedroom and a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower with hanging WC.
    You will find there all the necessary equipment for your stay.



    You dreamed of staying in Nice, without the need of a vehicle while enjoying the vibrant heart of life Niçoise? Your dream will be able to exhausser! This inner city apartment will seduce you with its exceptional location for exploring Nice: less than 5 minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and its beaches, the pedestrian zone and all its restaurants, the beautiful Place Massena and events (Carnival, Jazz Festival, Christmas. ...) and 10 minutes from atypical area of the old town and its famous flower market Cours Saleya
    This 2 bedroom 40 m2 ultra light is just renovated and furnished in a very contemporary manner with exquisite decoration to accommodate 4 people comfortably.
    It has an entrance, a living room including a kitchen, dining area and lounge, a bedroom and a nice bathroom with a large walk-in shower with hanging toilet.
    You will find all the necessary equipment for your stay.

    Departures are made no later than 11 a.m. and arrivals no earlier than 2 p.m. Unless otherwise agreed.
    Compulsory cleaning to be paid on arrival: € 60/2 people, € 80/3 or 4 people.
    The deposit of 500 € is to be paid by check (only for French) or in cash on arrival, returned on your departure.
    The reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the deposit (50% of the amount of the stay).
    The balance is to be paid one month at the latest before the date of arrival of your stay.

    The departures are effected before 11am and arrivals earlier than 14h. Unless otherwise agreed.
    Obligatory cleaning payable on arrival: 60 € / 2 people, 80 € / 3 or 4 people.
    The deposit of € 500 is to pay by check (for French) or cash on arrival, refunded on departure.
    The reservation will be validated receipt of deposit (50% of total price).
    The balance is due one month telephone call the latest before the arrival date of your stay.

Perfect apartment

We loved our stay in Nice with the apartment accommodation making it an even more rewarding stay. The apartment was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Excellent experience- great location!

The property is exactly as the owners star in the description. The only difference is that now the accent pillows in the living room are orange and not pink —Not a deal breaker at all. They promptly received us at check in and took their time to explain small details and to make sure we were comfortable and understood their explanations/instructions. Would return without hesitation.

EXCELLENT

Appartement magnifique, propre, très bien situé. Nous y reviendrons, dès que nous pourrons. Jackie la propriétaire est tellement sympathique, disponible, il est rare aujourd'hui de rencontrer des personnes comme cela. Rudy et moi on lui fait un gros bisou. Si je pouvais mettre plus que 5 étoiles je le ferai. Mon fils et moi même on a adoré.

I loved everything about this property, our stay in Nice and our experience with Jackie and David. It was absolutely perfect! The location was amazing- easy to take the tram from the airport and walk to the apartment. The Main Street was one minute walking distance and the beach was 5 minutes walk to promenade des anglais. So many great shops and restaurants within close walking distance. The apartment was so clean and full of light and the view was just amazing, beautiful French architecture right outside the window! It had everything we needed to make meals at home too. The kitchen was equipped with all utensils and crockery. Jackie and David were amazing hosts who helped us out with recommendations for things to do & they were always a phone call away if we needed anything. They even welcomed us with heart shaped rose petals as it was our honeymoon. I cannot wait to come back and stay at your apartment again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment!! Merci du fond du coeur! Wonderful! 5 stars all around.

Spent 6 nights here with my wife. It is clear that Jackie takes great pride in her rental. It's very nicely decorated, and the location simply cannot be beat. There is no need to look further- do yourself a favor and book. We plan on making this our standard place to stay when we come back to Nice. Thanks again Jackie & David.

A relaxing week in Nice

A nice small studio apartment ideal for 2 people. Bedroom separated from living space by an internal wall, with good wardrobes. Living space and kitchen modern and comfortable. Bathroom has a good shower. Good position in Nice, 10 minutes from the centre and 5 minutes from the front. We enjoyed our stay and may well be back.

Beautiful abode

Jackie and her husband were wonderful hosts. They’re so sweet and kind. The place was impeccable clean and you can tell they keep pride in the home. Lovely location close to the water and great restaurants. We barely used the transit because everything was a good walking distance.

Great stay, great hosts!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, close to the Promenade, restaurants, shops and Mediterranean Sea. Working with Jackie was very easy and she responded in a very timely fashion when we asked questions. She and David we lovely. The apartment is great and the kitchen area has everything you would need for a week. The only thing we use at home that was not in the apartment was a blender, but there is a juicery and smoothie shop around the corner. Everything else we could need was available!

Une adresse à retenir !

Nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner dans l'appartement de Mme Huet pour la période du 17 au 24 octobre 2017. Que ce soit la qualité de l'accueil par la propriétaire, l'emplacement de l'appartement, l'équipement inclus et surtout la propreté, tout était d'une qualité supérieure. Les photos sont représentatives de la réalité. Nous recommandons cet appartement sans aucune hésitation. À la prochaine....

Excellent appartment au centre de Nice!

Cet appartment offre tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour à Nice et sur la Côte d'Azur. Il est très bien équipé, propre, clair et ensoleillé - bref, une ambiance accueillante, attrayante et très sympathique. On est juste au centre de Nice et du point de vue culturel, tout est proche. Bus, tram et train sont aussi tout près. Et Jackie et David sont des propriétaires très aimables. Si on les demande, ils donnent des renseignements sur tout: le théâtre, l'opéra, les restaurants, les curiosités, tout. En même temps, ils n'imposent jamais. En tout, c'était un séjour merveilleux!
