Welcome to CASA-Mathilda – your luxurious retreat in the charming town of Saint-Laurent du Var, perfectly located between Nice and the stunning French Riviera countryside. This modern villa is a perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking sea views, making it an idyllic getaway for families or groups of up to six guests.

Spanning 183 m², CASA-Mathilda features three spacious en-suite bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort. One bedroom offers a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), while the other two feature king-size beds (180 × 200 cm) that can be separated into twin beds upon request. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and opens onto a terrace with spectacular sea views, providing the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with an evening drink.

The villa’s outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a heated swimming pool, barbecue grill, and chic outdoor furniture nestled in a tranquil garden. The private pool can be heated up to twenty-eight degrees, offering a relaxing space to soak up the Mediterranean sun. Enjoy al fresco dining and gatherings with family and friends around the BBQ grill.

Inside, the open-concept living area is designed with large bay windows that flood the space with natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for cooking and dining together. You'll find a microwave, dishwasher, coffee/tea maker, and more to ensure a hassle-free experience.

CASA-Mathilda ensures your stay is as comfortable as possible with amenities like air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and on-site parking with a garage. Families will appreciate the selection of toys, games, and bicycles available for exploring the nearby trails.

Heating of the pool is available upon request only in May, June, September, and October, with an extra fee of fifty euros per night.

Because the neighbors are very close, parties are strictly forbidden in the property, outside guests are not accepted and it is not possible to make noise outside after 9:00 p.m.
