Kitchen was well equipped. Was able to check in 2 hours early which was appreciated . Was a notice on the main Entry in French that we did not realize was saying water would be turned off Sept 24 and 25 so that was a bit of a surprise Water ended up being off Oct 1 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and again Oct 2nd from 9:00 to ? was on before we returned to apartment in additon to the 2 days on the notices .. Bed was a little hard and could use new pillows . Location was EXCELLENT. 8 to 10 minutes to train station 5 minutes to promenade and maybe 15 minutes to Old Town Nice. Only real concern would have been nice to know about the water in advance as we were there a couple days before water was tunred off and notices were up we just did not know what they said . Owner obviossly knew in advance we would be without water for a couple of days. Over all a good stay with a couple of hiccups.

Great spot only a short walk from the old town and promenade. Very easy to access and hector was an amazing host. Great communication and very kind.

Great location

Nice apartment but there is no internal sound proofing. We were woken with the sound of someone vomiting in a nearby apartment and lots of movements on the stairs and hallway. We also unfortunately were there when the apartment next door was being completely gutted. We had the sounds of drills and hammers being used for 3 days and nights.We asked if the manager had been informed of the renovations but he didn't respond. On our last day he apologized for our inconvenience.The map provided by Arbitel for directions is inaccurate. We waited to meet the manager to receive the keys for 25 minutes at the wrong location.The apartment was perfect for two but would be too small for 4. Shower pressure was great. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen looked well equipped but we ate out. ( Noise from next door).

Emplacement idéal, à proximité du tramway et à quelques pas de la vieille ville. L'hôte est sympathique et aimable. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour et recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Fantastic Holiday

We decided to go to Nice for my mum's Birthday and we decided for a quiet flat right in the center. The flat was the right size for us and very well kept and clean. We could find everything we needed and even with language barriers the staff was impeccable. We will more likely come back again!
