Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

The location was so close to the Promenade. Two short blocks and you were at the beach. The location also gave you easy access to the old town of Nice and many very good restaurants. I would easily go back and spend a longer time.

Stayed here whilst competing in the Ironman champs, myself, wife and our 20YO son. Its a cosy apartment but still fit 3 of us, bike, bike box and has just has everything you need and the location is brilliant. If you struggle with stairs it is not for you but otherwise we couldn't recommend it highly enough and our host was brilliant.

Incredible location. Smaller space but enough room for a small family. Transportation options easy and the area is made for walking. Food and entertainment all around. Awesome patio to sit out and take it all in. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Great stay!

Charmantes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Apartment ist klein (Familie mit einem Kind), aber mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Ausstattung perfekt mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. Badezimmer und Toilette getrennt!!! Alles neu und sauber. Badetücher für den Strand. Auf Anfragen hat die Vermieterin binnen Minuten geantwortet. Am Check in Tag konnten wir die Koffer um 11:00 beim Appartement abgeben und am Check out Tag bis 13:00 dort verwahren. Die Lage fanden wir perfekt. 15 Minuten Fußweg zur Altstadt; eine Minute zum Strand; 15 Minuten zum Bahnhof. In den Straßen um das Apartment sind viele Restaurants und Bars. Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

Trevligt boende nära strand och gamla stan

Andra gången vi bokade detta boende, 2 vuxna och 2 tonårssöner. Superbra läge, litet men mysigt och allt man kan behöva finns. Nära till strand, restauranger, gatans puls och gamla stan. Bra utrustat, trevlig inredning. Fantastisk balkong. Utmärkt för liten familj. Trevligt hus.Omsorgsfullt mottagande. This was a small apartment but adequate for our needs. Lovely balcony! The best feature is location. A block from the beach, a block from tobs of restaurants and a few blocks from old town. We would definitely stay again

Fantastic apartment - great location!

My teenage daughter and I spent 4 days in Nice and the apartment was absolutely perfect for us. The location is great - a couple of minutes walk to the beach/promenade, there are cafes, restaurants and shops in easy reach, and walking to the old town/main shopping streets takes 10 minutes.There was everything we needed in the apartment, which was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed meals on the balcony as the weather was great for early April.Thank you to Malin for clear communication, an easy, welcoming arrival and helpful information when asked.We would definitely book this again if we return to Nice.
