"２泊するところを間違えて一泊で予約していたことを直前になって気がつきました。急ぎフロントに電話し別の部屋を確保できました。 その際、２泊目に部屋間の荷物の移動の手間（簡単なパッキング）が必要であったところ、ホテル側が機転を利かしていただき、最初から２泊目の部屋に通しで泊まらせていただきました。９階角部屋で２面が窓で大変眺めが良く快適でした。 一泊目の部屋の料金のまま高いグレードの部屋に連泊できた（２泊目はもちろんグレードの高い部屋料金）ので、結果的には満足の行く宿泊となりました。ありがとうございました。"
