Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. "The one bed in our room had a large sinkhole in the mattress, which made it difficult to sleep. I told that lady at reception at check out. All she said was, "I will let housekeeping know". No discount on the room rate was offered (we were there for two nights). Very disappointing as a Hilton member."

"I booked a couple of rooms for my family and my parents who were visiting Niagara Falls with us. I booked this hotel simply because the hotels near the falls were atrociously priced and I didn’t want to stay in USA and spend my money there. I was pleasantly surprised, it was convenient, and it totally made sense for parking and a great free breakfast as well saved a couple of 100 bucks for us total. Excellently kept hotel, totally worth the price I paid."

"The room had a beautiful nautical theme with beautiful shelves cubbies and a lovely wide large picture of the ocean. Unfortunately the air conditioning only works for 55 to 60 seconds then it would shut off every few minutes. Just provided for a bad night of sleep Rexburg not much sleep. The water park was great the guards were professional but chill. It sure would be nice if the hotel were to provide some compensation for this night."

"Trish was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. The table was set for royalty. The ambiance was charming. On the outside patio one could view birds, chickens and flowers. This was truly a great extra special place to stay. I would highly recommend staying there. It adds to the charm of Niagara on the lake with the beautiful Ravine winery within walking distance."

"The pool and hot tubs were very nice and well represented by the pictures. However the rooms are basic motor lodge accommodations and almost all rooms are accessed from the outside. It was clean and staff was friendly but very far from the falls."

"Location was good. Staff were very accommodating. While attending the event I was in town for, I tore my Achilles tendon. As a result, my mobility was severely hindered. Restaurant staff were very accommodating for room service as was the checkout process when they sendt a staff member to my room to load my bags and meet me around front when I drove my vehicle for checkout. Greatly appreciated."

"My wife and I stayed here for one night on her birthday. This is now our go to Inn when we visit Niagara on the Lake. The Inn is beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom were perfect. From the linens, to the temperature in the room, everything was top tier. The staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast was truly amazing. Can’t say enough good things. We’re definitely going to be back."

"Stay for the view only. My kids absolutely enjoyed looking out the window at the falls and it’s in a convenient area. The hotel is old and nothing special itself. They over charge for literally everything on site like parking. To top it off I paid in full through Expedia, yet I woke up to a full charge in my account for the total two night stay.
