Opening the front door, you’ll find yourself in a cozy living room that feels like home. Sink into the sofa or chair, enjoy the ambiance of the electric fireplace (for appearance only), or relax in the classic rocking chair. With a TV at your disposal, this space is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.



To the right, you’ll discover two inviting bedrooms and a well-appointed bathroom. The master bedroom features a plush Queen bed, while the second offers a comfortable Double bed—both adorned with fine linens, quilts, and ample closet space.



Heading straight ahead, the gallery-style kitchen beckons with its cottage charm. Fully equipped, this kitchen is ready for all your culinary adventures. Just beyond, you'll find a laundry area and a formal dining space that’s perfect for gathering around a meal.



-Drip-coffee maker and kettle with enough coffee, tea, and sugar to get you started

-Apartment-size stove/oven, fridge, microwave, and toaster

-Dishes, pots and pans, silverware and glasses (including wine glasses)

-Non-stick spray, paper towels, dish soap, tea towels, dish cloths

-Salt and pepper



The laundry is located in the kitchen supplied with:



-Laundry soap, stain remover and dryer sheets



Bedding, towels, hair dryer, facial and toilet tissue, shampoo, and hand soap are also provided.

The beautifully landscaped backyard is an ideal setting for morning tea, coffee, or an evening glass of Niagara’s finest wine.
