The EM Sightseer Stationary RV

This newly renovated motorhome is a comfy & unique place to stay while visiting Niagara Falls.

Our space is a great place for couples located in a safe neighborhood in Niagara Falls, NY about 5 minutes from The Falls by car.

This Class A Winnebago Sightseer 29R was recently lovingly renovated and given an updated interior as well as new electronics. This RV has two slide-outs, one is in the bedroom and the other is the kitchen/living area. When they are out there is a lot of room.

Even though we rent for 2 guests, this RV can sleep 4 adults with a full-sized bed in the master bedroom, a fold down couch and a fold down sleeping area at the dining table.

The master bedroom has tons of storage, mirrors, a vanity area for getting ready and a full-size bed. It also has its own TV. It is a very comfy room.


Kitchen:

- Microwave
- Gas (LP) stove with 3 burners and an oven.
- Kitchen sink with cover for additional counter space.
- Refrigerator with freezer.
- A lot of pantry and cupboard space.
- Coffee maker & coffee (Drip Maker).
- Basic cookware.
- Basic dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups) and utensils.
- We do not include any condiments or food/drink.

Full bathroom: shower, toilet and sink with storage and a roof vent fan. We provide a toilet paper that is formulated for RV’s, and shampoo, body wash.

Being an RV, the waste tanks do need to be emptied when full, which can be observed with the levels console. We do the emptying for you onsite without interrupting your privacy.

Electronics:

- There is a separate audio unit that runs the speaker system that is connected to the TV or via Bluetooth to connect your phone or other device.
- 32 Inch smart Roku TV in the front area with streaming services available to login to with your account and mobile hotspot and has over the air HD channels via a HD antenna.
- There is a 28-inch TV in the bedroom with a side DVD player.
- A full surround security camera system so you can feel safer and see what is going on outside of the RV. This is great for night time when the shades are drawn and you wonder what’s going out there.
- LED string lights around the living area and the bedroom area all remote controlled.
- Waste tank level console.


Heating and Cooling:

- Roof AC unit for keeping the entire RV cool.
- Furnace for heating
- In or out roof vent fans. One is in the living area and another in the bathroom.


Safety:

- Fire extinguisher.
- Smoke Alarm.
- CO detector.

We loved this adorable spacious motorhome! James was so kind and helpful and the neighborhood has a very homey feeling. We felt very much at home, slept great! I’d stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Perfect Location

We were here for a short stay visiting the falls. This is definitely the perfect location to the falls as well as to numerous restaurants and stores. It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It was very clean and ready for our stay. The host responded quickly to our questions and concerns. My advice is to follow the instructions that are there and make sure you turn on the water pump, sink and water heater switches as soon as you arrive. We highly recommend this cute little rv for your stay.
