Unclean hotel with bad service

The site says the desk is open 24/7, we traveled 7 hours and didn't know what time we would get there, ended up getting there at 5am and had to wait 20 minutes for someone to let us in. Upon getting into our room we found the AC not working right and bugs in the bath tub. Beds were uncomfortable. After we left I saw two charges on my card and I had to call them 3 times for them to finally answer me (issue is still not resolved 3 days after my stay) and over the phone was told "well you're lucky we even let you in since you came at 5am and we aren't obligated to assist you after midnight since it is a new day."

Avoid at all costs

The good. The TV, Fridge, Microwave, and shower worked well. The Bad. This place should be condemned. The furniture is very old, patchwork sloppy repairs are evident everywhere. The bed was terrible. No rubber stopper for the sink. Bathroom fixtures should be replaced.

Convenient & Clean

My stay was comfortable, the owners are friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are pretty dated and not in great condition, but the bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean. I was looking for something reasonably priced and comfortable while competing in a nearby paddling regatta, and this served the purpose well.

Older property located where there are few options

Old property in small town with limited options in need of general updating or repair. Door knob for bathroom fell off locking someone in bath. Luckily someone else was able to open door. Basically clean.

Good night sleep

My son and I stayed for one night while we were in the area for a soccer tournament. The overall condition of the exterior is extremely run down and could really do with a lick of paint, landscaping and a thorough good clean. The room was adequate, clean and a comfortable bed. The water pressure was great but no hairdryer which is a shame. They advertise premium tv channels, that is not true. They have bare minimum channels. I had a good sleep as the bed was comfortable. If the owners were to do one thing? Please give all the windows a really good clean. Would give a better overall impression of cleanliness and doesn't cost a thing.

Nice little hotel.

Comfortable and quiet. The drive into Port C is only 5 minutes. The people who run the motel are delightful. They should be finished the renovations, but they've already done a lot of painting and upgrading of fixtures.
