"The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I appreciate that they had options for lighting including soft, warm light by the bedside not just one super harsh, bright, cool, overhead light that I've seen in so many hotels in Vietnam. Complimentary self-serve laundry in the basement was so convenient. The breakfast was pretty good. The staff were so attentive and helpful! We were having trouble making our plans to go to Ta Xua so they gave us a contract for that; we needed an item we couldn't...

"My friend and I stayed at the Amiana Hotel in Hanoi for two nights, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff delivered world-class white-glove service from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed. They welcomed us with warm smiles and welcome drinks and took the time to introduce us to all the amenities they offer. Our room also came with complimentary beer, soft drinks, and water. Most importantly for me, they have an iron and ironing board in the room, which was very...

"Wonderful staff and thoughtful service What stood out most about our stay at May De Ville Lumiere was the excellent service. The staff were warm, attentive and proactive in helping us throughout our stay. When we had an early bus and couldn’t stay for breakfast, they thoughtfully packed food for us to take away. We really appreciated that extra care. The room felt a little smaller than we had expected, but to be fair, the size in square metres was clearly listed on Expedia before we booked, so...
