It was down a dirty noisy ally. If you like getting up at 5am. The traffic and the birds will not be a problem The rooms were dirty and old. The floors made your feet black.. There was no forks spoons or knives to be found. We booked through great pictures of a modern hotel and we got RIPPED OFF. Expedia should be ashamed. I have been a loyal client of Expedia for a lot of years. My family and I will never get the chance to see Nha Trang again.

Мы отдыхали в этом апарт-отеле в марте 2019 г. Заказывали апартаменты с балконом, ориентируясь на фотографии, которые очень привлекательны. Приехали в отель в 4 утра, но нас поселили только в 11. Номер (403) оказался без балкона, т.к. таких номеров только 2 в отеле, как нам сказали, и они были заняты. Но балкон там и не нужен, т.к. шумная улица внизу, ночью музыка гремит из баров. Номер похож на фото, но уже уставший. На второй день правыкаешь, осваиваешься , и все хорошо. Расположение отеля отличное, близко к углу Biet Thur и второй линии. Все рядом - и пляж, и все известные магазины и рестораны, и автобусные остановки. Персонал отеля дружелюбный, общается на английском, заботится, номер убирали (слегка) ежедневно, подкладывали кофе, сахар, воду. В апартаментах есть полностью укомплектованная кухня, с плитой, микроволновкой, холодильником, посудой, кастрюлями, чайником. Есть утюг, гладильная доска, фен. Хороший Wi-Fi. Обеденная зона, зона отдыха с диваном и столиком, письменный стол. Спальня отделена стеклянной матовой перегородкой. Кондиционер не дует на кровать. В общем жить там было комфортно и удобно. Мы довольны пребыванием в этом отеле.

여권을 제출해야 하고 룸 안에 숟가락이 없어서 번거롭게 했는데도 프론트 데스크 직원이 굉장히 친절해서 감사했습니다. 하지만 방 안에서는 약간 시멘트냄새? 같은 냄새가 나고 커피잔은 제대로 씻겨있지 않아서 추천하고 싶지는 않았어요

Not exactly toddler friendly

This would be great if you had a group of adults looking for a cheap’share house’ style of accommodation. Or even a large family, it wasn’t exactly suited to us with a toddler. There were numerous safety concerns etc that weren’t an issue for our older 2 kids but just left us unable to really relax with our toddler. There are 4+ flights of stairs. There is a rock garden section with stones near the downstairs toilet and dining area, it has stones/rocks of small sizes as well as finding pieces of broken glass in there. Also pots with dead plants. The location was quite handy and not too far to walk to what seemed to be the Main Street.

프런트에서 체크인후 5분거리 주택가 이동 4층 독립건물 중 1층 주방,거실,식탁,화장실 2,3층 객실2개씩 각각의 별도화장실 넓이는 적당했고 사용상 크게 불편하지 않음 장점 8명까지 단체로 이용시 파티도 할수있고 공간도 있고 바로 앞에 식당,술집,마사지샵등 편의시설 가까움 단점 조금 지저분함

Good hotel

The service is quite good. The receiptinists who served us were nice and conscientous. They kept our luggages before check-in and after check-out time without any charge. We rented 4 bed villa. The rooms were huge and clean with bathrooms inside. The villa still has some not good points like the door between the room can't be locked, main door is hard to open, door each room is hard to lock, balcony is not clean, third floor... Hopefully it will be improved soon.

The rooms needed a good clean. During our stay the power constantly went off for at least an hour, this meant that there was no lighting or air conditioning. We never used the lift just in case the power went off, as people were stuck in there during power outages. For any Australian travellers I would not recommend this accommodation.

A convenient place to stay

The apartment is a small building located right at the city center, about 5 minutes walk to the main beach strip and great for someone looking for night life. We chose to stay here for 2 nights since it's so close to everything. A minor concern is that the nearby constructions kept waking me and my friends up quite early everyday. It's not a hotel so there isn't a canteen or restaurant for food but there are plenty of restaurant around the corner anyway. The rooms are pretty ordinary, nothing fancy about them but they are clean and has good air con and kitchen equipment if you need it. There isn't much if any hotel services but the staff have been helpful. All in all a good choice for it's value and location if you don't mind the noise and chaos of the busy city life.

Lovely studio apartment in a great location!

We recently stayed in a studio apartment here. It was nice, spacious and clean and not too noisy at night even though it is close to lots of bars and restaurants. The location is perfect for exploring Nha Trang and going to the beach. The staff were friendly but not overly helpful compared to other places we had stayed throughout Vietnam.

清潔で広さもあるキッチン付きのアパートメント。

ビーチまで歩いて5份、ショッピングや食事にも困らない街中ですが、静かに過ごせる清潔なホテルです。隣にスーパーマーケットもあり、便利。寝室とリビングに分かれているのでリラックスできます。洗濯機があると長期で借りたいアパートメント。

Good location with very helpful staff

Overall the stay was very pleasant. The two ladies at the reception table were very helpful in arranging everything. We booked the stay with breakfast but there was no breakfast. It seems the breakfast room is under construction. The compensation of 6 USD for 2 - seems to be low. Beside that there was construction all night behind the building.

We booked apartments with a belcony,when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist,said our apartment did not have belcony,I quite disappointed.the apartment itself was ok nice size but very very noises, there was some building work going on next door going on 24/7 did complain,Manager said he could not do anything about it, and that went on for 6 days

Vi kan anbefale en tur på motorcykel med guide. På en dag kommer man rundt og ser fiskeriet, landbrug, bjerge, landsbyer, hvordan de bor, turen er tilpasset sådan at der er tid til at opleve det hele i et roligt tempo. Med mange stop.

Хорошо, но немного не дотягивает

Вроде бы, все хорошо, но при этом есть в отеле какие-то определенные странности. Нам дали номер на самом верхнем этаже. При этом, каждое утро рабочие начинали делать ремонт с 7 утра. Шум стоял нереальный. Номера убирали довольно посредственно. В туалете, из открытого окна постоянно шел какой-то странный запах. Еще из неприятного: персонал отеля затупил с нашими бронями. Мы предоставили 2 брони на последовательные даты, в итоге нас хотели выселить на день раньше. Только после того как мы показали и указали на вторую бронь, нам продлить наше проживание. Из приятного: очень удобная планировка, хорошие просторные номера, супер приятное расположение, Дружелюбный стафф, наличие посуды.
