"It is the most horrible stay, everything is terribly ugly. The room smells bad from the hallways, especially the room, the carpet is full of white stains, with mold, unsafe and dirty windows, mirrors as if they were never cleaned, dirty bathroom, dirty shower with used soaps, cockroaches on the walls ..."
