We stayed at this hotel in the past and the service was pleasingly consistent with our last stay. The rooms were comfortable and clean and thr breakfast was delicious. We recommend staying at this location. Excellent value for the price.

Despite it's age, the room seemed clean. Staff was difficult to find on check in and non existent on key return the next morning. There was also a question of payment (Same day non-refundable booking); why state the rate is non-refundable and allow a booking to go thru without payment?

The hot tub was a great, sitting under the stars and catching up after a crazy holiday season was just perfect. A little slice of paradise. View from bed was fantastic too. And the skiing at Poly Mountain was top notch!
