"My goal was to visit Castles and see the countryside!We purposely selected this place for the fact it was kinda in the middle of Ireland, from where we would make day trips. It worked wonderfully! Our other purpose was to be away from Dublin and meet what I guessed would be the true Irish. Very Close by was a fantastic Pub, and restaurant. We stayed a week here. Safety was of no concern on this trip. The people were wonderful and the food fantastic. We visited 7 castles while here, and went...

"This home is immaculate! Advanced technology, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. It is conveniently located next to groceries and across from Thompson’s Pub, and is a two minute walk to the bus stop with a direct line to Galway. This home is located in the beautiful serene countryside with breathtaking views. Our hosts were readily available and very accommodating, helpful with directions and ideas for Ireland adventures. "Pet friendly- perfect for pets. And yet very clean and aesthetically beautiful. Also very comfortable with everything that I needed to cook at home or go out to restaurants. Very convenient to shopping and also local culture. It's a lovely small village with friendly people. There's a lovely large forest park very close for walks as well as the loch.The host was terrific in every way. I would recommend this to anyone."

"The best part was visiting Ireland. The country was breathtaking and fast paced. The worst was the very narrow streets that people walked, rode bikes and sped on up to 120 kpr. Some of this roads were really one lane, and wow scared me. Our cottage was great! Karen and her family were so friendly, helpful and made us feel like instant family. We only scratched the surface of this country. I think everyone who can should come at least once"
