House tours are limited on Mondays, but self directed driving/walking tours are available. Shops are plentiful. People are nice & helpful. Highly recommend."

"I've been to hotels in georgia, and this by far was the cleanest and nicest hotel and the staff was wonderful. We didn't know that we had to request roomservice the night before and when we went to the desk that morning the woman cleanest at desk said she would see if she could get someone to service our room and they did and that was wonderful"

"A man was given the same key to my room. He entered my room at 12:30 am before I put the safety on the door. They promised to give me a 30% discount that I have not received yet. Also a hot tub is advertised but there was no hot tub available. The bathtub had some type of paper like contact paper stuck in the bottom of the tub. Poor room service. The people serving the rooms didn't speak English. I asked for a blanket and was given a rugged one because that was the only clean one available."

"The first room I was given had a dirty shower, sink and stovetop. The next room, wasn’t as bad, but there were some stains on the blanket, sheets and pillows. The room had NO toiletries. Not even soap to wash my hands, but luckily I had my own. I also didn’t like the staff knocking on my door at 9:50a asking if I’m staying over or checking out when check-out wasn’t until 11a. With that said, there also wasn’t a DND sign… I hoped to have had a better experience, but for a “new” hotel, the...
