Step inside our Orchid Lodge and you'll be greeted by a spacious porch with a convenient coat hanger and shoe rack.

**Downstairs Bedroom:** To the right of the hall, you'll find a twin bedroom complete with a wardrobe and bedside unit.

**Shower Room:** Opposite the downstairs bedroom is a large shower room with a toilet.

**Lounge/Kitchen/Dining Room:** The hallway opens up into a stylish and modern lounge, kitchen, and dining area, fitted with high-quality flooring throughout. The lounge area is cosy and inviting, complete with a leather corner sofa, a coffee table, a Smart TV, and free wireless broadband.

**Kitchen:** fully equipped kitchen boasts high-end amenities such as an integrated dishwasher, microwave oven, kettle, large oven, stainless steel cooker extractor, ceramic hob, and a fridge freezer. A beautiful wooden table and six chairs provide ample space for dining.

**Patio:** Double glass doors lead to a decking area, where you'll find a wooden patio table, six chairs, and a fabulous hot tub.

**Hot Tub:** The hot tub is the ultimate relaxation spot, conveniently located in the corner of the decking and shielded by a privacy screen.

**Master Bedroom:** Upstairs, the luxurious master bedroom features a double bed with a memory foam mattress topper, a vanity unit, a wardrobe, a TV, and two stylish bedside units.

**Twin Bedroom:** - Upstairs, features two superbly comfortable single beds, a vanity unit, a wardrobe, and a bedside unit. Fresh bed linen is supplied for your stay, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.

**Main Bathroom:** - Upstairs, bathroom boasts a large bath with a shower head, a washbasin, a toilet, and a chrome towel rail. Fresh luxury hand and bath towels are provided for all guests upon arrival.
