The space feels bright and inviting; the perfect spot to relax in front of the cosy glows of the wood burner whilst watching a film on the Smart TV. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room has all the appliances needed to prepare a home cooked meal and there’s also a handy utility area.

The property has two charming en-suite bedrooms. The first is furnished with a super kingsize zip and link bed which can be set-up with twin beds if requested and an en-suite shower room. The second stylish bedroom has a kingsize bed and a beautiful en-suite with a roll-top bath and a handheld shower attachment.

Spark up the barbecue on your raised decking and enjoy a touch of al fresco dining whilst watching the day end. Or perhaps just enjoy a glass of something whilst watching the flurry of activity take place on and over the large pond. There is something very relaxing about watching the coots, moorhens and ducks going about their business in their harmonious surroundings.

There are many sandy beaches located within a short drive including Teignmouth, Torquay and Paignton.

Ashburton itself offers a great local shopping experience, with a variety of independent shops in the compact town centre making browsing a pleasure.
