Trewollack House is an attractive Georgian home near Newquay, ideally placed for enjoying Cornwall's magnificent north coast beaches.
This large and stylish property is perfect for a large family or group holiday. The adjoining Harris Cottage can be rented as an annex for larger parties, providing accommodation for a further two guests.

LIVING
Trewollack has a spacious main sitting room with a period open fireplace and large, comfortable sofas. You’ll also find a smart TV, DVD player, Roberts Radio and board games. A second sitting room/library has built-in bookshelves holding a wide selection of books, and another TV and DVD player.

EATING
The traditional slate-floored kitchen and dining room is equipped with an electric range cooker with double oven and induction hob, an American-style larder fridge freezer, and a wide selection of cookware, crockery and glassware. A large round table is perfect for informal dining, with an open fireplace and period furniture to set the mood.

SLEEPING
There are four bedrooms, all located on the first floor: two en-suite double bedrooms with king size beds, and two twin bedrooms, all with comfortable beds and Egyptian cotton bed linen.

BATHING
An en-suite bathroom and separate family bathroom each has a bath with overhead shower, a wash basin and a WC. There is also an en-suite shower room leading from one of the double bedrooms, and a ground floor cloakroom.

GARDEN
The house has extensive grounds with a terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. Securely fenced, the garden is ideal for dogs to run around in.

DOG FRIENDLY
Trewollack House is a perfect base for dogs and you are very welcome to bring up to two dogs during your holiday at a cost of £35 per dog per week.
