"Loved the location, loved the rooms, cleanliness of the entire property, loved the much better than average breakfast offerings, and the staff was amazing too. Yes you pay for parking in the garage but bring our ticket to the check-in desk and they will scan to give you in-out privileges. Newport on the Levee is less to a 10-minute walk so we never had to leave the parking garage anyhow. Would definitely stay again when in this area."

"Every staff we encountered was so polite and friendly, the hotel was stunning, clean, and smelled absolutely amazing. If you’re asthmatic please note that they do heavily perfume the first floor but it smells as good as Rihanna. Having a key to enter the building provided an extra sense of security, and being able to walk out and around the town was convenient. A lovely 10 minute walk from THE bridge to get to Swale Park. Highly recommend."

"Great set up. Well stocked with what we needed. Unfortunately on the alley beside our room there is a metal grate covering a hole in the road which makes a loud banging noise every time a car runs over it. We and other couples who stayed there had difficulty sleeping due to this. "

"This place is amazing! It has plenty of character and is not a cookie cutter hotel by any means. The room had an incredible hydrowall shower, exposed brick wall, beautifully elegant lighting fixture over the bed, and a very comfy mattress. The staff was super friendly and helpful, the location was great if you're in town to catch a Reds game, plenty of places to eat within walking distance (safe to walk around after the ballpark crowd has cleared out). Definitely worth the stay and I'll be back...

"We had sewage grow into our bathroom from the upstairs room. Our toothbrushes and bathroom toiletries were splattered with literal poop. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When the maintenance came she advised us work was being performed in the room above us and she would wait u til we leave to continue. She used a towel to”dry” the wall but didn’t have anyone come clean the splatter in the counter. The sink was rinsed out but the bathroom still smelled like dirty sewer water. We had to brush our...
