"Joules and her Son were absolutely wonderful hosts. We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome and we had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding - lots of choice and super fresh and tasty. Joules’ baking was a great surprise treat, a lovely touch in our room on arrival and the Brownies later in our stay were out of this world! Our room was spotless, very comfy bed, lovely armchairs with the spectacular view over Ironbridge and the valley....

"We have stopped in many hotels and over the past 10 years and this is up there as an absolute delight. The staff are warm and friendly - all on duty over our stay need to be commended for their commitment to ensure guests feel looked after! The room was well equipped and we had a lovely view of the gardens. The breakfast was outstanding. A great base for travelling around Shropshire- such good value for money. Well done all "

"The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. I have to say if we had been spoken too the way she addressed her staff we would have walked out . She was the only let down in the whole of the hotel . "

"What a find! The Dinney’s was an absolute pleasure to stay in. It has charm, quirkiness, beautiful decor and incredible scenery. The hosts are warm and welcoming and the breakfast was divine! "For £60 a night the room was great with a large, clean bathroom and a double bed and sofa bed. The breakfast was included and had plenty of options (no fried eggs of that is a deal-breaker for anyone, just scrambled). There was even a gluten free section. "Clean room but needs refurbishing like painting in the toilet/shower and doors. Staff are courteous as always. Amenities are ample. I like the sauna. I am disabled and the staff in the pool area approached and said they can help me get in the pool if I like to. They said I could get in the sauna in the wheelchair which I did and the people inside were all friendly. "
