  • Small Town Suite is a second floor one bedroom apartment with a queen bed and a comfortable futon in the spacious living room. Enjoy a 75" TV in the great room that is surrounded by walls of mirrors, and windows that give views of historic downtown Newport. The open kitchen includes a dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and a large island for entertaining. The convenience of a washer and dryer are available in the spacious bathroom.
    The suite is clean and comfortable, and just a stone's throw away from the second oldest bar in Washington state, Kelly's Bar & Grill. The beautiful Pend Oreille River is nearby with 56 miles of pristine waters. The area is a destination for boating, fishing, mountain biking, and hiking. There are three ski areas within an hour, and the Canadian border is just 60 miles north.

This place is amazing and it was the perfect location for us to stay as we start the process to build our home here in Newport. It was beautiful, quiet and we enjoyed it! The owners were very helpful and we love the local community. I highly recommend it!

Great Find

Happy o have found this rental ... too many in the extended family were staying at the family lake house and this apartment provided the perfect space to sleep and have some get away time. Good space and good location for lots of different local areas. Also great to have Kelly's Bar & Grille and Owen's Deli (ice cream fountain) within walking distance.

Excellent stay, great communication! we were in the area for the memorial of our Mom. This place convenient to everything was clean and spacious. Very well appointed apartment, very comfortable. Owner was very responsive when the a/c initially wasn’t working. Access is from the rear of the building and it was a bit difficult to find the entrance. Recommend better signage.
