    Point Break is a surfer’s (or beach-lover’s) paradise! Sitting right above Agate Beach with direct beach access, this three-story home has all the amenities you are looking for:
    Oceanfront views
    Garage game room with ping pong table
    Hot tub overlooking the ocean
    Propane BBQ
    Home Description:
    Point Break has unbelievable access to Agate Beach, an Oregon Coast favorite. It has sturdy steps with a handrail down to the beach where you can surf, stroll, beach comb, or whale watch. This home has a spacious great room with a gas fireplace and open concept kitchen overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is fully stocked, has granite countertops, 2 large kitchen tables and a bar (seating for everyone!), and a 6-burner gas stove. There are also 2 decks, 5 private bedrooms, a crow’s nest, and game room. Two of the 5 bedrooms are on the main floor and three are downstairs.

    White Cap- main floor queen bedroom with shared bath across the hall. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo
    Surfer Girl- main floor king bedroom with en-suite bath with shower only.
    Undertow- downstairs king bedroom with en-suite bath with shower and sunken tub and ocean views
    Rip Tide- downstairs king bedroom with shared bath and ocean views
    Gromm's - downstairs bunk room with one full and one twin bed
    Pipeline Loft- top floor pull-out chair twin bed with ocean views and shared bath

    * We allow arrivals at 3:30 p.m. Monday-Saturdays, 5:00 p.m on Sundays. Departures are always at 10:30 a.m
    **We do not allow dogs at this rental.
    Each vacation rental is individually owned, and a private home. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. If you have any specific questions, please reach out to us directly.
    When you book with us, a hold of $200 will be put on your card starting the day you arrive at our beach house until 7 days post departure. If all of the check-out items on the departure list are completed and no extra cleaning is required, the hold on your card will be released. Reminder: This functions not as a charge where the money ever leaves your account, but a pre-authorized amount by the cardholder that could be retrieved by OPI if extra cleaning was needed after your stay. Let us know if you have further questions.

The Perfect Place

We absolutely love this house. It is so close to the ocean and lighthouse. Each couple had their own space and had plenty of room to be comfortable. The hot tub is a nice, too. We enjoyed our stay.

Awesome spot

This was one of the more expensive properties we looked at and it ended up being well worth it . Great views, access to beach and really good interior spaces. We had 8 friends and really loved the house.

Our family really enjoyed this vacation home on the Oregon coast. The location was perfect, setting above the ocean with gorgeous views and stairs down to the beach. The house was beautiful, open and packed full of everything you could possibly need. There was a deck on both floors with a hot tub on the lower floor. This house was perfect for a large family gathering. We hope to stay again soon.

Family reunion

Beautiful views from the deck. Lots of open space for our family gathering, very clean and well stocked with everything you need.We all really enjoyed our stay. We had 4 couples, 3 had an en-suite bathroom and one had to use one down the hall. There is a list of exit chores but nothing weird.We would definitely stay here again!

Home worked great for three generations to get together and enjoy a late Christmas together. Everything we needed was supplied and worked great. Plenty of room for all 12 of us.

Very much enjoyed beach access and views from living room/kitchen area. Kitchen is upstairs so all food/supplies need to be carried up. Over all had a great time.

Family fun

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were 7 adults and 4 children under 9. A living room chair was broken, a smoke alarm went off, and the propane needed to be filled. We would definitely love to stay there again.

Beautiful House/Great Location

12 people of 3 generations loved staying here. View of the ocean was lovely. Beach access is just beside the house. Beach itself was quiet, and seemed to go on forever. Yaquina Head Lighthouse was an acceptable hike or short drive from the house also.kitchen was well outfitted so we cooked every nite. Highly recommend.

This home is lovely and very well appointed. It has a wonderful large common kitchen, dining, living area that allowed everyone in our large group of 11 to eat and hang out together. It has stunning views of the beach as well as easy access to the beach. It's also walkable to the lighthouse. Hosts are easy to work with. We had a great time and have already booked a return trip!

The perfect place to gather

Fantastic! Clean, comfortable and everything at your fingertips. Excellent for those who want to go out and do things or for those who want to sit and relax and not do much. A great way to refresh and rejuvenate! Will seek this one out again!

Great for families. PERFECT location.

We could not have had a better stay. The house and location are absolutely amazing. Great for adults, teens, and kiddos. Ping pong and hot tub are a great addition. The beach access could not have been more perfect. Easy to run up and down for things. Views and kitchen great for family dinners. Host made everything easy and house was well stocked. Will definitely be booking again!

Christmas Relaxation

Point Break was the perfect setup for my 2sets of older parents and the younger grandkids, as well as me and my husband and brother/sister. The layout was perfect so that the older folks didn’t have to navigate stairs (aside from getting up to the main level) to get to their bedroom/bath, kitchen, and living areas. Added plus was the garage area for the younger kids to be kids!

College reunion

Very nice house. Perfect for our group of seniors. Could have used one more adult friendly bedroom. Someone had to sleep in the bunk room. Twin beds would have been better. Windows needed cleaning to take in the amazing view.

The view was obstructed somewhat and TV difficult to work with and slow in responding. It was a wonderful stay and lovely home with well stocked cupboards.
