Ocean Memories condominium is the perfect setting to create wonderful memories of your stay at the Oregon coast. Whether collecting seashells, agates, mementos or just moments during your stay, you will leave relaxed, refreshed and recharged. Enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean all the way to the Yaquina Head Lighthouse from this 2-bedroom 2 bath ocean front condominium.

The open concept living and dining area is a perfect space to relax, read a good book, enjoy the view or put together a puzzle. A large desk is also provided for those that may want to work remotely but still get away! The tidy kitchen is fully furnished where you can either cook up a fantastic meal or order takeaway from many of the fabulous Nye Beach restaurants that are scattered throughout the neighborhood. There is one comfy bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and a full bath. Upstairs in the loft area is the second bedroom with a queen bed and attached bathroom. The view from the loft bedroom is one to enjoy - stunning sunsets and early morning glistening waves. Sit out on the balcony and sip one of your favorite beverages while you people, whale, and ocean watch - it's a perfect way to relax.

Ocean Memories is conveniently located on the central Oregon coast which makes it a perfect launching point to explore many of the coast's natural wonders.The condominium building has an elevator for those that don't want to take the stairs! The Nye Beach neighborhood is know for its beach, shops, galleries, and great restaurants, all within walking distance. Don't forget to check out Yaquina Head Lighthouse, the working bay front in Newport, the Oregon Coast Aquarium, and many other spectacular natural areas.

Very clean unit throughout, many coffee making options, great ocean view. The downstairs bathroom toilet could be improved by having an elongated bowl and seat, it was too small and low.

The beds could have been a little more comfortable for sure, very firm. And this is silly, but the pillow cases were way too slippery. Was tough to keep a pillow where I wanted it as I slept through the night. A nice soft pillow case would have been great.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location in Newport. It’s an amazing property that is right on the beach and in walking distance of many different cafés, restaurants, art shops, and stores. Besides the ocean view, everything was clean well organized with a fully stocked kitchen and two large beds to sleep in as well as two bathrooms. I highly recommend staying here and would love to visit again soon.

We enjoyed our stay here, well stocked condo with easy beach access. Great location to drive to Yaquina Bay Natural Area, Seal Rock, even Cape Perpetua. Beautiful views and don’t miss sunset walks on clear days! Beds are comfortable and good communication about checking in/ parking etc. Wonderful family memories for years to come:)

Beautiful view, right on the ocean. Full kitchen. Easy walk to beach. Balcony protected from the wind. Loved the loft bedroom because of the light and air from the open patio door. Back bedroom bit dark if you want privacy from the back shar d hallway, balcony and would benefit from a ceiling fan and windows that opened from top for privacy, tho that's true of many condos on the coast. I do love this condo and coming back!

Amazing Nye Beach view

Very clean. Well stocked. Excellent location - right on beach and restaurants and small market just a short walk away. Easy check-in/check-out. We caught some crab and were able to steam it with steamer pot provided in condo. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful

It was a great time and it had wonderful beach access and views. The only thing I would improve are more pictures of the place. We didn't know that the upper room wasn't enclosed so we couldn't put our kid in bed early in there. We had to put our pack n play in the bathroom so that it would be quiet enough.

Great Stay on the Coast

Very comfortable two-level condo on the beach. Big windows facing the ocean on both levels. Cool Nye Beach neighborhood. We had a great time and appreciated the cleanliness and and well stocked kitchen.

Wonderful Accomodations!!

This property is beautiful!! It has all of the conveniences of home. A very well appointed kitchen with all things needed to enjoy a meal in. Also, it is very convenient for walking to all of our favorite restaurants in Nye Beach. Amazing view of beautiful Nye Beach and very easy access to the beach. Will definitely stay again!!

Excellent Location and very clean condo.

Our condo was so clean and well stocked with all items a home should have. From a cheese grater to a pair of binoculars this unit has it all. Check in/out is seamless . We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you
