Great location, very close to major attractions and the Cliff Walk. It’s centrally located downtown and offers free parking. The bathroom has been nicely updated, and we especially enjoyed the shower. There’s also a communal kitchen and living area with refrigerators, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

Clean, Modern and Perfectly located

We planned a pretty last minute trip to Newport and were having a tough time finding a location that was in the center of town and not outrageously priced. Luckily we found this location. The place was modern, clean and perfectly located to everything. The free parking was a huge plus. Only bout 10 minute drive to the beach, walkable to everything you need, waterfront, restaurants, bars, shops, everything. Would easily stay here again if available.

Great Stay

We loved our stay at Pelham. Access to the kitchen and house facilities was great and the location that’s walkable to so many things couldn’t be better. The room was a tad dark at night, maybe a brighter bulb in the ceiling fixture. Otherwise, it was impeccably clean and super comfortable and cute. We’ll be back!

This thoroughly modernized property in the center of Newport was surprisingly quiet. It is well equipped for dining in but close to the waterfront and many restaurants.

Perfect stay in downtown Newport

My husband and I spent a long weekend exploring Newport and this location did not disappoint. Clean and comfortable and close to all of the restaurants and bars. Parking on site was a huge plus as well.

Perfect Getaway

This was the perfect place to stay for our off season getaway to Newport. Conveniently located downtown with all the comforts of home. Will definitely be coming back again.

Excellent Trip

The house was very easy to find and the on site parking was such a blessing. The room itself was perfect, it was just as described in the listing. We had a great time in Newport, the location made it easy to walk just about everywhere. This was a mother/son trip to visit the mansions (highly recommend), we will be back and will definitely stay again!

Great Location, Few Peculiarities

Mostly enjoyed our stay here. Easy check in & out, good communication with host. No thermostat in the room, so it got quite warm in winter without a window cracked. Otherwise, solid spot for a weekend stay.

Nice Stay!

This was our second time staying, and it was very nice. The only thing I would mention is that the drain in the bathroom sink is very slow and likely clogged. I tried to open and close the stopper, but that didn't do anything.

We loved the location, a few minutes to the wharf, minutes up to Spring Street or to Bellevue Avenue or to Thames Street. Off street parking, nice size and comfortable rooms. Just know that it is not handicap accessible.

Lovely room in a quiet house with access to the professional level kitchen, though we didn't use the common areas. Very nice bathroom, nice king bed. My daughter slept on the pullout coach which was not comfortable at all — our only criticism. I would stay here again without hesitation. Location is excellent, right off of Thames St., yet quiet.
