After parking in your private space in front of the house, you will enter the enclosed porch area. The porch is equipped with a table for dining which seats four guests. When you enter the house you will be greeted by an open space that is filled with lots of natural light. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table or sit in the stools at the bar off the kitchen. Open the sliding doors and step onto the deck for an unforgettable view of the Delaware Bay. There is also a grill on the back deck as well as a table and chairs to enjoy a meal overlooking the bay. The first floor also has a full bathroom with a shower.

The second floor is equipped with three bedrooms and has four beds. The first room has a daybed and beautiful views of the bay. The
master bedroom has the best view in the house. Enjoy waking up in a lush king size bed and looking out over the bay. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a direct connection to the second floor bathroom. This bathroom has a stand up shower. A washer and dryer can also be found on the second floor between the bathroom and master bedroom.
