I selected Villa Acacia for a few reasons. It had 4 bedrooms to accommodate 5 family members arriving from out of town, plus my wife and myself. It was close to shopping, grocery stores and the beach to allow for food shopping so we could cook and hike to the beach to work it off and more importantly it was located very close to Pacific View Mortuary. That may seem odd to most people but this short term rental was perfect in that it allowed allowed my family to congregate, cook meals, share wine, stories, conviviality, community, support and memories of our mother who passed away on June 27, 2025. The internment and memorial services were at Pacific View which was 5 miles away and the Villa Acacia provided the perfect setting for my family to gather and share stories, music, lively conversation and delicious food in honor of our Mother, Grandmother and friend who lived a memorable 97 years on earth. Thanks to the host Chloe. Regardless of our more solemn event this house will suit any occasion in a grand fashion.

Perfect Stay All Around

Great communication. Amazing location. Beautiful home! We had the best stay. This was "Bridal HQ" for me and my bridesmaids to stay the weekend of my wedding. We got married at Sherman Library and Gardens, which is within walking distance. The host was so helpful and the home was comfortable, gorgeous and so welcoming. I live right around the corner, but cannot wait to recommend to friends and family from out of town.

Perfect location

This house was perfectly laid out for two families with small children (If you are comfortable with stairs). We have them at our house so it was not an issue.Walking distance to multiple parks, restaurants and easy drive to spa, golf, restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect getaway with a cute outdoor hangout to enjoy by the fire once the kiddos were asleep!

AMAZING STAY- PERFECT HOME

There were 10 ladies that stayed here for a tennis tournament in New Port Beach. This home was PERFECT for us! The best part about this home was the outside lounge area. We hung out here every night in the perfect California weather. In many cases you see the furniture is not what appears on the website, but not the case here. The furniture looked new and the fire pit was awesome to chat by. There is a liquor store about 2 minute walk away, a wonderful Mexican Restaurant (Avila's El Ranchito) about 5 minutes away. Rudy's is a cool diner that had the best milkshakes also only 2 minute walk away. The house was able to accommodate 10 by putting a mattress on the floor in the loft. The kitchen had top notch appliances and Chloe was very available and helpful when we needed her. We had two vehicles but never had any issues finding a spot on the side street for one of the cars. We stayed from 6/19-6/27 which is probably a busier time. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again!

Corona del Mar Gem

This house is a perfect place for a big group! With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms there was plenty of room for 9 people! The location is excellent with wonderful restaurants and shopping just steps away. And a quick 15 minute walk to beach. Great outdoor fire pit to enjoy the cool California nights! Super quiet neighborhood too!

Great house in a great location

Close to the beach and shops/dining. We really enjoyed this beautifully renovated, clean, & comfortable property. The property manager is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Little Corona Del Mar Beach House

This is the second time staying at this particular location. It is a beautiful home, excellent location as it is 7-10 minutes from Newport Beach, and 4-minutes from Little Corona Beach (driving). The only unexpected was the construction surrounding the house. We woke up to jack hammers more than not - the home next door and across the street are under renovation. Had we known, likely we would have chosen a different location - it was loud. All in, the house is amazing, checkin and check out is super convenient, easy and the Property Manager is very accessible and responsive.
