Only 2 houses from the sand, our downstairs 4 bedroom, 2 bath family beach home is perfect for your getaway in California's pristine beach environment, any time of the year! This home is conveniently located just steps from the best beach in Newport, with restaurants, parks, coffee shop, mini mart and more, all within easy walking distance. Enjoy the beach and retire to your private secluded front patio for a family BBQ. Here's what you'll find:
LIVING/DINING AREA:

- Patio doors open out to the private front patio
- Open floor plan with dining area and kitchen
- Dining table w/ seating for 6-8
KITCHEN:
- Breakfast bar w/ barstool seating for 2
- Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware

- Guests must supply their own food, drinks (including coffee), spices, condiments, etc.

- Garage dimensions: 6'7" height clearance w/18' depth - small to mid-size vehicles recommended
- General free street parking in the area can also be utilized.

Just steps from the area's best beachfront, there is great surfing and lots of sea life on the nearby jetties. An easy stroll or bike ride to restaurants and shopping with fishing, boating, and bike rental also within walking distance. Tennis, racquet ball and basketball courts nearby; 3 parks within walking distance. Easy day excursions to Disneyland/California Adventures, Knott's Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Legoland, and more! World class shopping at Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza only 10-15 minutes away!
ALSO:
The upstairs 2 bedroom/2 bath accommodation (Unit B) can also be rented simultaneously, when available, to accommodate extra family or guests on the whole property. Contact our office for more details.

Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
