Three houses from the sand this newly remodeled white water view 1200 square foot three-bedroom, two-bathroom luxury condo is ideally located on one of the top rated beaches in the world. Our home has everything you need to have the best vacation! This beautiful beach house sits in the north end of Newport Beach and is centrally located to everything our beach town has to offer. The condo comes with one assigned parking spot. Our home is fully furnished with modern décor, has a washer & dryer and offers free Wi-Fi and cable tv streaming.
Very strict no smoking requirement, it is not permitted in the house, on the deck or in the common area between our neighbors. Smoking in these areas will result in a loss of security deposit. There is a park across the street where smoking is permitted.

Absolutely no parties will be permitted. No more than 8 people may be on premise at any time. No music to be played outside past 10pm. Failure to abide by the rules will result in a $500 charge and immediate eviction.

It was super close to the beach. I liked that it was a couple miles from the touristy part of Newport. It felt more like locals where this place is. It’s almost to Huntington Beach. I do wish the bedrooms were better. It only had a double bed in the master and the other two bedrooms only had two separate twin beds. Odd. And I wish there were rugs. It was all tile and I could feel the sand on my feet as soon as I got out of the shower. But overall, you pay for the location to the beach which is just one street back. Super close!

Check in process was easy, property is accurately described. Nice and clean, beds were comfortable. Beautiful beach view and nice to have a garage space for bikes, beach toys etc. Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Quick beach getaway

We came to Newport Beach for the end of our spring break. Jason’s place is a quick drive from John Wayne airport. And is just a few steps to the sand. I had my 4 sons and there was room for everyone to be comfortable. Jason was responsive and helpful. Garage parking was great. We had a great trip. Would stay again for sure!

Framily Speing Break

My friend and I decided to take our kids on a spring break road trip. She brought her son and I brought my son and my daughter. This unit was perfect for us! It’s in a great location and there is plenty of room.

Gorgeous Location

Loved this vacation spot. Such an amazing location just steps from the beach. Perfect for our family. We enjoyed walking to Vacancy Coffee each morning. Was a bit hot due to no AC and locals were up late and loud, which meant we had to keep the windows shut even with the heat. Still, I’d stay here again.

Perfect for Darker Waves Festival

The place is cozy and worked out just fine. We had some issues getting the door to unlock and no one was answering out calls. Luckily after about 20 minutes it finally worked. We didn’t hear back from the hosts for over an hour and that would have been a long time to be chilling outside. Garage was good for out car.. had a hard time finding the trash bins. Was not just us. Lots of people wandering around trying to figure out where they were. There wasn’t a manual that we could find in the place even though it’s referenced a few times but we figured it all out. The overhead fan in the master doesn’t work. You can hear the motor but the blades don’t spin. Luckily the weather was nice. Would stay here again. Good spot for Newport/Huntington. Easy to find and plenty of street parking if you beat the surfers to them. :)

Close to the beach

My family and I really enjoyed how close this condo was to the beach and that it had a garage, which is rare to find in some of these beach condos. The garage was shared w/ the other tenants but it fit our truck perfectly and there small suv. It was nice having plenty of beds and 3 bedrooms.The owner also left sand toys, two beach chairs and had some boogie boards for teens and kids, which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. A couple of the burners did not work and the lights in the two back bedrooms were connected to the same remote, so one would turn on and off the two separate bedrooms. Small fixes, but overall great location and fun place to stay.

Graduation hang out

The condo was set up nicely for adult family members. I had some difficulties becauseI had a broken ankle and the stairs were an issue going up and down, and the bathroom was cramped when you are mobility-limited. But we made it work fine. The TV in the living room could be bigger. And directions on the coffee maker, as you can only run it with an app that had to be downloaded. Other than that, everything was fine.

Needs some TLC

It’s the small things that can make a big impact. Very little attention to detail has been afforded to this lovely quiet condo in a less crowded area very close to the beach. The description should be much clearer and mention the following: No bar soap, no Kleenex, cheap linens, cutting knives aren’t sharp enough to cut a , stove has a missing knob and no handle to open the oven door, no oven mitts, one single dish towel, limited cooking dishes/pots/pans, no cookie sheet, no hand towels or washcloths, no non-slip bath/floor matt, broken or missing shelves in the refrigerator. Dish washer “on”button is broken, needed a knife to push it on. Patio deck BBQ grill worked but is rusting and falling apart, couch cushions missing on patio deck, no water hose or tub to rinse off feet from the beach. The place has potential certainly but really poorly managed. The owner is responsive via text, well-intentioned, attempting to handle my requests speedily by ordering stuff on Amazon (grill tools and Boogie boards arrived, never got the can opener or oven mitts). Owner faults the maid for not letting him know about all of these problems. A piece of advice: get a property management company. But we still enjoyed our stay!

Great Value - Cute place!

Don’t listen to the negative review in this property. As an investor, I’ve seen some guests just never be happy and that review sounds like they were some of those people. If someone wants luxury style living, then they need to go pay luxury prices. This house has PLENTY of towels, silverware, plates, cups, cookware, etc. This isn’t a fully remodeled beach condo, it is partially remodeled and super cozy. You can’t get a better space for the cost as you’re literally right on the beach with direct access to the sand. Only awareness was that there was a knob missing on the stove. Unless you plan on cooking large meals every night, you won’t notice it. All in all, we had 6 people (3 adults and 3 children) and this space accommodated us perfectly. Great experience!

Don’t Stay Here

It has taken me a while to post this review. I didn’t want to post a review and be angry. My family and I stayed here over Labor Day weekend 2021. The area itself is very nice the proximity to the beach is great. And that’s the only good things I have to say.The property was so dirty when we walked in we didn’t want to stay but because it was Labor Day weekend there was no other place to go. It has very few amenities only one bath towel per person no hand towels or wash cloths, no bathmats. I went to Walmart and bought for washcloths so at least we could wash our face. the sheets and bedding look like they are for a child’s room and they were very dirty. The beds are not comfortable. I agree with everything Kim M. said in her review. The road noise from the PCH was loud at night. The kitchen was so dirty. the dishwasher did not work half the time I emailed JASON the host and never got a response. There are not enough silverware nor cups. There’s food splattered all over the ceiling in the kitchen and above the sofa. The furnishings look like they got them at a rummage sale. You sit on the sofa you fall to the floor and the faux leather it’s peeling off. The dining room chairs are sticky with food. The front door lock only locks with the deadbolt and if you don’t deadbolt it the door flies open. I know JASON has responded in previous reviews that he is going to fix these things but he obviously has not. With a little TLC or actually a lot of TLC, and a trip to Walmart this place could be nice. But as it stands right now it’s far from it. My whole family was very disappointed and it put a damper on our whole trip.

Our Favorite Location in Newport Beach

The property was everything we'd hoped for. The owner really streamlined the check-in/check-out process... could not have been easier. The ocean breezes coursing through the villa were totally embracing. The neighborhood is inviting, friendly. The family that was supposed to show up ended up cancelling due to CoVid, but next time, when we have our family group together in NB, we will be looking this place up again.
