  • 3 bedroom 2 bath home just 100 steps from the sand near Lifeguard Tower 51, this home offers two reserved parking spots, private furnished patio with BBQ and fire pit, plus bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys for the perfect getaway. So easy to relax on the sand and ran back home for lunch or snack refills and potty breaks! We are close enough to walk or ride to the pier for food or shopping, but far enough that you dont get the traffic and crowds around the public parking areas! Happy to answer any questions or share some of our families favorite things to do when we are there!

Our location is ideal for easy day trips or exploring the local area, but many people just want to spend their days on the beach and dont even get back in the car until its time to go home.

    We tried to give our home a beachy chic vibe. It is a great location at a great price and we are so happy that so many families return every year to make those special memories just like we have with our children!

The location can't be beat! Property is as described and all three of us were delighted. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and highly recommend this property. The communication was excellent!
Enjoyed taking some of the sand chairs to enjoy wine on the beach and the glorious sunset.

Place was perfect for our family of six, sooooooo close to the ocean! We were mainly there for DL (25 min), and this was a great jumping off point. But we could have easily enjoyed a week just hanging locally at the beach, pier, etc! On a rainy week, very glad for the washer and dryer, which got a workout!

We loved how close this place is to the beach - just a quick walk! The beach amenities were such a nice touch, and the back patio was perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. It’s also an easy walk to shops and the grocery store, which made everything super convenient.Bring coffee pods (or ground coffee) and earplugs if you’re sensitive - the neighborhood is lively and the houses are close together, so you’ll hear the everyday sounds of people and beach life.We’d definitely stay here again!

My family had a great visit to Newport Beach. We have a large family and we had plenty of space. Communication was easy and the location to the beach and stores was great. We had a wonderful vacation.

What a great location! The cottage was comfortable, great location and a 5 Star beach just a few steps away. We were so busy with a wedding reception we want to come again and just enjoy the beach. Thank you!

This was our 4th trip to the “Neptune” house. And it was wonderful as always. Clean, spacious and steps to the beach. It would have been nice to have screen doors on the backyard slider and front door.

Family Wedding

It was a very nice stay at this property. Stephanie the owner was very easy to get ahold of for anything. Other family members stayed nearby but hung out at our place because they liked it more. Would stay again.
